I ordered few skarvprofil. First of all it was a handling disaster by the transport company, with some damaged pieces arriving.
Secondly, I wanted to return few of them, as it was mistakenly ordered, twice the number I needed. I tried using their website for return, two times- got errand numbers, But no response from the customer support!
They don't have a telephone number for following up on the return. The number I tried 010 140 01 02 and was told that that doesn't belong to Golvshop but an aggregator that just collects the orders and dispatches to them and they couldn't help. I have been helplessly waiting for the return so that I can order the right pieces from other sources. The experience so far has been very disappointing.

The product was not assembled properly by the manufacturer. The quality doesn’t match its high price.

I purchased an item online, received an email stating it was no longer in stock and would I take an alternative. I said yes, it arrived broken and now I am not receiving any responses to multiple emails I’ve sent customer service.

Bathroom unit was in stock at the point of order, but later was notified of a 2 month delay with poor comms = unhappy!

I purchased a "Sommarkök Muurikka Gas Maxi Pro".
All I would like to say is that the stand assembly is a totally rubbish product to put it mildly. The instructions are left handedly put up, parts missing, parts that belong to an another model etc, no pre-bored holes for screws on wooden slats, poor nut weldings that make it impossible to assemble it resulting in a unstable dangerous set up considering the fact that the cooking activities with this involve heavy pans, frying in oil etc. I am surprised that a reputed company like Muurikka that I used to look upto is non-chalantly marketing such a useless product. Reputation spoiler.

I suggest try it for yourself your different models to study if you care.
Then your payment through Svea bank that purposely split up the payment amount to confuse you and you miss a small amount (254 sek in my case) and cough up 100 sek to make up for your outstanding late payment. What a way to earn money !
There is no mail address as far I see on the website to sent a mail and address my concern.
I am deeply deeply disappointed and furious for having bought this and feel like taken for a ride.
