Started well, ended horribly
Upon receipt of the first part of the order I was happy with the products provided, however almost 4 months later I have still not received the rest of the order which even through the tracking link says it is still not dispatched. I have tried contacting golf thing numerous times over the months through email and website and have had no responses at all. I then took this to my bank to try and get a refund and golf thing rejected the refund. So simply put this is theft.
Currently would not recommend

Wrong colour & poor quality
Ordered Blue, White & Grey shorts. The grey were Brown so they sent a replacement pair. Which were also Brown. The Blue have been worn 3 times & the pockets have now got holes in them.

Probably the worst service I have ever experienced, so many good companies in the UK, mores fool me for giving a chance to a company off Shopify !!

Utterly frustrating
Utterly frustrating. waited for ages for a heated body warmer for my Dad's birthday. Didn't arrive in time then despite ordering a 44inch it was miniscule, I measured it and it was 40inches. Had to pay to send it back. Asked for an exchange for a bigger size 5 times, Including in the return itself only to recieve an email saying they are processing a refund. Gah. Wish I had read the reviews before ordering.

Don’t be conned by good marketing. Awful
I ordered 2 pairs of chinos and after taking 2 weeks to arrive from China I’m massively disappointed. I ordered them thinking they were made in the UK and from an upcoming golf brand.
The quality is terrible and not worth £10 never mind £35 a pair. The material is cheap, the stitching isn’t even straight and the sizing is well out. I’d return them in a heartbeat if I thought I’d get anything back.
Lesson learnt and will be sticking to known respected brands.
