We assume that you have adjusted the snap adjuster at the back. There's a small chance that there could be a manufacturing defect; we'd be happy to investigate this if you contact the customer service team member who dealt with your order.
For future reference, we do offer a sample service where you can order plain items for size and colour confirmation and then return them for a refund before going ahead with customisation.

Disappointing
Sizes on the 1/4 Zips were not accurate. The Gillet's are great. But when it came to sorting our 1/4 ZIPs (ie sending us some bigger sizes), the process was incredibly painful - and although the customer support person was trying their best, her hands were tied by company policy. Its a shame. Wont be using GoCustom again - but the Gilet's are great. Arrived on time with the express option.

We're sorry that your experience with the quarter-zips left you disappointed. Based on the sizing concerns you reported, our customer service team believed the garments may have been outside of the manufacturer's normal specifications. In situations like this, our standard process is to inspect the products first so that we can fully investigate the issue and determine the most appropriate resolution, including replacement garments where a fault is identified.
We appreciate that this may not have been the outcome you were hoping for, but without the opportunity to inspect the garments, we were unable to verify the issue and progress the replacement request.
As all customised garments are decorated specifically to each customer's requirements, they cannot normally be returned for sizing issues alone. For this reason, we always recommend ordering plain samples before placing a personalised order if there is any uncertainty around sizing. Plain samples can be returned and refunded, helping customers confirm the best fit before proceeding with customisation.
We know this was frustrating, and we're sorry that we weren't able to reach a resolution on this occasion. Our team genuinely wanted to help and were trying to follow the process required to investigate what appeared to be a potential product issue.

Great quality and fast delivery
I've used GoCustom a couple of times for t-shirt printing. They are always so helpful and the shirts are very good quality. For my last order, I needed shirts rushed through at short notice and the team could not have been more helpful. Would 100% recommend.

Had a couple of separate issues but good in the end when…
Had a couple of separate issues when ordering, firstly dispatch date wasn't obvious when ordering for custom print which meant it would be too late as was for bday present. I used online chat and they moved date forward for me. Secondly the proof showed they didn't remove the background as requested but called the CS team and they rectified very quickly and easily. Top arrived today as promised and is perfect, just as I wanted. So although a couple of issues, overall a good experience and would recommend.
