It used to be the best website for trading skins. Now they’ve closed off to the whole world, only China is left! This is a terrible decision. That’s why it’s rated this way!

To signup, you need a chinese phone number. To buy stuff, you need Wechat pay or Alipay (can add credit cards such as visa for payment method). To sell stuff, you need a chinese bank account, which in turn needs chinese ID.
The UI design is decent
The price is indeed a bit lower compared to offers on other sites, I did make a purchase and it successfully went into my steam inventory within 12 hours.
Overall would not recommend this site to foreigners

Worst UI, can't find anything in order.

Ordered some IDV stuff and USPS couldn’t deliver the package because of wrong information on the shipping label. I double checked that I had entered the correct information, which I did and it is 100% the fault of the shipper for the wrong shipping address. Have been in contact with NetEase Store and the only thing they have done is to tell me to contact USPS which I have done several times and NetEase is taking their sweet time responding back and not issuing a full refund. I would be very skeptical about anyone buying from this store unless you like being on the phone for HOURS trying to fix their mistake.

Got good skin from the trade-up and they deleted the skin and don't give oppertunity to withdraw my fund.

extremely low prices and a lot of people say that you cant buy anything if your outside of China which is kind of true but you can you WeChat pay did it work out great

It used to be goated, but after it started to require Chinese citizenship it became effectively useless outside of China

The seller returned the skin back, support does not respond, and I do not understand how to resolve the issue, there are simply no banal complaint buttons

Great platform, just not for foreigners, as you need an Chinese payment method, you have to verify yourself with ID if you want to sell stuff (it’s safe, it’s NetEase), or else the platform has really clean features, easy to understand and easy to use
