Very disappointing experience with Buzzhike. I paid for a package of 500 Instagram followers, but I have not received the service I paid for.

I also contacted on email regarding the issue, but I have not received any response.

Based on my experience, I would not recommend Buzzhike. I paid for a service, received no delivery, and received no support when I tried to contact them. This experience has made me seriously question the reliability of the service.

I recommend that others be very cautious before making a payment.

Extremely poor customer service, I have send hundreds of email and they don’t respond, ii lose followers continuously and I ask for replacements and they ignore me every day . I truly hope they compensate me for al the inconveniences I’ve experienced with them !

buy for exmaple 100 and they have the same ip, 0 following, 0 followers, 0 posts all fake. no male, no companies worlwide all is female fake famale you can not buy male target gender and it is good too cuz depending on your busness you can target. Pls check, buy little amount of followers instagram and you realised all is fake 0 post, following, 0 followers its normal algorithm isntagram delete all and is for that you suffer huge drop. check by yourself if you dont belive me. for me very bad page horrible.

I hope this companie add new isntagram services with highest quaility and then ill buy again, but no ill seek for other one who offer good services about instagram. If you know, pls let us know, it cost nothing and it help people :)

I paid $85.91 on November 2 for 2,000 Twitter followers and 200 likes on 5 posts, order 6d5cb610. Two days later, my account has gained exactly 1 new follower, while their tracking page claims 3% delivered. I have emailed support three times and received no reply at all. I have now requested a full refund under their 30-day guarantee. I will update this review if they resolve it.

On 30 October 2026 I paid BuzzHike (ENGAGE DIGITAL SOLUTIONS FZCO, Dubai) €327.59 for two orders for my X account. The larger one, 10,000 followers for €287.74, stayed at 0% delivered for days, and the smaller one stalled at 96%. I never got an update. When I complained, support told me my refund request had gone to their accounting department and they would get back to me "very soon". Nothing followed. I wrote again, cited their advertised 30-day money-back guarantee and gave them a clear deadline, but got no reply and no refund. I'm now disputing the charge with my bank. Before you pay, be aware that delivery and refunds may not happen as promised.

BuzzHike replied publicly calling me "Marcus" (my name is Benjamin) and saying delays are "totally normal," then asked me to re-email their support address with order details because they "couldn't identify" my order — after I already emailed them three times with the full IDs. That is copy-paste customer service, not a resolution.

BuzzHike (ENGAGE DIGITAL SOLUTIONS FZCO, BUZZHIKE.COM Dubai) is a scam operation in my experience. Order 3497f1ff-dae1-4b08-a659-51995548229f, payment ref pay_pemdscqbtarybb5x2oybkwoeje, €327.59 paid 30 Oct 2026 for my X account (@0xbendo). The 10,000-follower item (€287.74) is still at 0% on their own track-order page as of 5 Nov 2026. They took the money and did not deliver the main service.

I asked for a full refund under their advertised 30-day money-back guarantee. They said "accounting" would get back "very soon," then went silent through my 3 Nov deadline. No refund. No transaction reference. Their published parent address contact address at engagedigitalsolutions (domain withheld) bounced: user does not exist.

Their polished Trustpilot score looks doctored to me — positive reviews pumped with the same fake engagement they sell — while they challenge genuine negative reviews and leave paid orders undelivered. I want every euro of the €327.59 back on my original payment method. I am disputing the charge with my bank for service not provided. Receipt, tracking and email thread available. Do not remove this review because the merchant does not like it.

I payed for some followers and....nothing. 4 days and nothing....I sent a polite email to customer support to follow up on my order and request an update, but I have received no response.

Complete scam, paid for twitter likes. It said delivery in 1-2 hours and It’s been 5 days with nothing. Said I can’t get a refund due to the ordering already beginning delivery? Not sure what that means when absolutely nothing I paid for has been delivered. AVOID at all costs

Alright after an initial success. The likes I purchased disappeared. She i reported the issue they said they would fix and to give them 24-48 which I gave them a week to fix. They failed to do so and went radio silent when I emailed the support. Dont be fooled people this company is trash.
