Britannia wheels were excellent from start to finish. Communication prior to the booking, and throughout the booking, was excellent. Very responsive and friendly on what’s app. You will be informed of your coach options and prices, based on your number size and travel plans. On the day, our driver Paul arrived on time, with a smile, and the coach was immaculate. The ladies described it as “luxury” and “posh” 😊 Paul took 22 ladies to the horse races and we couldn’t have asked for more from him. He was friendly, approachable and accommodated all of our needs! Big thanks to Paul yet again! All the ladies had a great time and returned home safe and sound 😊 highly recommend!!

Amazing service. Hired a 16 seat minibus for a wedding, they turned up with plenty of spare time and patient with the party helping us all the way.

I had a great experience with Britannia Wheels. The customer service was excellent. We booked a mini bus for 8 people for a two-hour journey back to London, and the driver was friendly, professional, and courteous throughout. Everything ran smoothly, I wouldn't hesitate to use Britannia Wheels again and would happily recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable transfer service.

Tim and the team were great. We booked airport transfers to Bristol and back. Drivers both lovely, friendly and helpful with our bags. The mini bus itself was smart with plenty of room and comfy. There were even sweets and water available and charging ports for phones. Incredible service and would definitley recommend and use again. Thanks for a lovely service

The whole experience was excellent from start to finish. The booking was for a family wedding and was very simple and efficient. On the day of the booking our transport arrived punctually. The driver was very pleasant, polite and helpful and the whole journey there and back was very straightforward. Thank you for an excellent service which we would highly recommend.

Fantastic experience with Britannia wheels. Booking was an easy process and as well as being one of the cheapest quotes I had, they were patient with me whilst I collected deposits and finalised numbers and once confirmed they sent over the booking receipt straight away. They were happy to do two pick ups and our driver on the journey was brilliant, he let the group enjoy themselves. I would definitely use again and also will be recommending to others!!

We used Britannia Wheels for a group transfer from London to Cardiff, with a stop at Stonehenge. Prior to the trip, communication was clear and straightforward. Due to the current conflict in the Middle East, we had to cancel our trip which meant we didn’t need the transport we had booked with Britannia Wheels. The team couldn’t have been more kind and helpful in looking for alternative options for us. We had paid a deposit which should have been non-refundable, however we received a full refund which was appreciated. I would definitely book with this company again and hope to be able to use their services properly in the future. The communication and customer service was excellent from the first contact point.
