I've purchased a couple of bats from this business, and their customer support has been outstanding. One bat had a problem, but it was resolved swiftly and with great professionalism. This is unquestionably the best place for all your table tennis needs! A big thanks to the team, especially Ron, for being so accommodating.

Promises not kept.
Placed an order through the treasurer of the league, who placed the order of 4 bats and 2 nets. He took the delivery and gave me the whole package, which when I opened found the wrong nets were delivered. Rang Bribar, spoke to ROn explained what had happened and he agreed to send me the replacement nets. I said I would give my address so that it could be sent to me. He agreed. The replacement correct nets were then sent to the treasurer. So why agree something that you're not going to do?
