Eau de Parfum unisex 120 ml at fr the 03/07/2026. The delivery was at 10/07/2026. I had a sampel at home and checked double the product because of all the bad reviews. The product is an original. I had a positive experience with the company. Would order from them again!

I ordered a perfume from Brasty. GLS left the box outside my door, and when I opened it the bottle was broken. I reported it immediately with photos, exactly as they asked.
That's where it stalled. Instead of a replacement or refund, Brasty told me the product "left in perfect condition" and was "probably damaged in transport," and asked me to wait while GLS handled a claim; the carrier had 30 days. Thirty days later the update was: still no response from GLS, we'll chase them again, thank you for your patience.
The problem is that this was never a wait I should have been put through.
A month on: broken perfume, no replacement, no refund, just an open-ended "keep waiting." I wouldn't order anything fragile here, and if something goes wrong, be prepared to insist on your rights.

I’ve made an order on 7.11.2025, I payed online and purchase the guarantee shipping and today on 17.December I still do not have the order , they refuse to give my money back , they don’t answer on calls , and you cannot chat with them

I ordered a Rasasi Hawas Tropical from Bratsy.de but received what appears to be a Chinese counterfeit instead. Their customer service was unhelpful and dismissive when I reached out. Unfortunately, this experience has completely eroded my trust in the shop, and I won’t be ordering from them again. Order at your own risk.

Brasty has unfortunately lost my trust. It turns out they sell counterfeit products – I took the time to verify this with the manufacturer. The product they offer as a 150 ml bottle of K18 hair conditioner is not even produced. The largest genuine bottle of this conditioner is only 50 ml and costs around 80 Euro while Brasty offers a “150 ml” bottle for about 60 Euro. I strongly advise against shopping at this store if you’re looking for authentic products.

I placed an order on Brasty.ro and paid in advance. The payment was successfully processed, but weeks have passed, and I have not received my order. Customer support is completely ignoring my messages. I contacted them multiple times, and the only response I received was false information claiming that my order was shipped on the 24th. However, when I checked the tracking number, it showed that the shipment does not exist.

I have received no further explanations or confirmation from the company. I am extremely disappointed with their customer service and overall handling of this situation. Now, I have no choice but to contact my bank to initiate a chargeback and file a complaint with ANPC.

I do not recommend this store to anyone!

I ordered Roja Elysium from Brasty. Seeing the cheaper price, I was worried about getting fake but took the risk.

Shipping was very fast (DHL commerce). The package was well packed, no damage at all inside. Opened the perfume, did all the tests between fake and real and it passed all the test.

I'm very happy with this purchase, will not hesitate to order from them again.

Terrible company - zero customer service.
My product was received leaking via a crack. I emailed photographs to be told by customer services they don't deliver damaged products!!

Not only that you try and contact them by phone and the telephone line is switched off!

The price i got for nishane hacivat was the best I could get on the Market and the quality of the product was top notch

I bought a PdM from Brasty.de because they do have the best prices I have found for the 125ml Layton. The shipping took 3 working days to Düsseldorf and it came well packed. The production date is Jan 2020 and the cap is metallic and heavy so I would say it is an original. I am happy with my purchase.
