Great service. Great kombucha Love being able to make my own!

When I learned of the existence of Bruusta, I asked my family to get me one for Christmas 2025. (They insist on buying me something even though I don't want gifts.) What a great gift this turned out to be! I've completely stopped buying kombucha at the store. This creates a genuinely superior product! My husband hated store bought kombucha and whenever I asked him to taste one, he'd totally make the meme face. But now he's drinking the Bruusta kombucha regularly. He loves it almost as much as I do. I enjoy the process of setting up each brew. The app shows you every step, clearly and understandably, and my subscription delivers everything I need to create a tasty brew with no accidental explosions. The brewer is pretty easy to work with. My only concern is, it's sometimes hard to unscrew the lid when it's time to clean but I think that's a me problem, not a design flaw. Whenever I've had any issue, which have been very few, a quick message to customer service is always quickly answered and resolved. Recently I wanted to apply a credit to my subscription but couldn't figure out how. I sent a message to customer service and Sam cheerfully fixed it for me so I'll get a bit off my next order. If you're a regular kombucha drinker and you want to save money and make your own, I can't recommend this system enough. A total home run for the kids who got this for me. I look forward to trying new flavors and I get actually excited when my Bruusta app notifies me it's ready to tap my kombucha keg. Maybe this year I'll ask Santa for an extra brewer so I can always have a batch underway. :-)

Now, would I pick it over the others? original, raspberry, or peach. I wouldn't. They all are great but I would definitely add it to my orders so that I can have a variety. LOVE this product.

I had an issue with my subscription and Sam (I think) handled it promptly and got it resolved. I still haven’t put my bruusta to use yet but hopefully soon. This new company speaks volumes (in a good way!) by getting issues resolved quickly with their customers. (I’m new!) Big thanks!!👍😃

Amazing product! Every batch is delicious and customer service is fantastic! Very fast response. I wish I had bought 2 of them to keep the batches rolling.

Easy to follow instructions
The Bruusta ones with everything needed to make kombucha. The instructions are easy to follow. I have only made 1batch so far. I made the peach kombucha. It has a very mild, but pleasant flavor. The Bruusta is large and takes up a lot of room in my refrigerator. Also, after I make the kombucha, the Bruusta gets heavy lifting it into and out of the refrigerator, and Ican only fit it on the top shelf. So, if you like kombucha, and you have lots of room in your refrigerator I would definitely recommend getting a Bruusta.

I love being able to brew my own kombucha at home in a modern way that I can't mess up - bruusta is a game changer for home brewing! The flavors are awesome and the process could not be simpler! Definitely worth it - we are so happy to have added it to our kitchen!

Received my order and my bruusta buddy was missing the top cover lid. Contacted customer service and sent a photo of what was missing. In no time they sent me a new lid. Best kombucha I have had, love how easy it is to make and so delicious! My family is obsessed! Great customer service, thank you!!

The Bruusta is hands down my favorite thing in my kitchen. It’s so easy to use and the kombucha is amazing. I am beyond thrilled with it and am so glad I bought the second one. I have all the flavors and I can’t wait to try them all.

I previously reviewed as I followed the directions exactly and got a batch of vinegar. I have since made another and adjusted the fermentation. The batch was perfection!

As an avid Kombucha fan, I have tried loads of different brands. Bruusta is by far the best. Delicious, low in sugar and to be able to pour myself a glass straight from the fridge is brilliant. Love it!

Just completed my first brew. The Kombucha is PERFECT. I am so delighted with the results!

Update: just completed my 2nd brew, and of course, perfect results! The Bruusta gives identical, perfect results each time you use it!

Very, very, very low in sugar and low in caffeine. Extremely high in bubbles! No other method of making kombucha is as easy as the Bruusta nor can it give the same constant results each time you use it.

SOOOOOOOO easy prepare too! Amazingly, total preparation time is literally just a few minutes. Plus, cleaning and sanitizing the Bruusta, which is only done once after you have enjoyed your entire batch of Bruusta (20 servings) is also easy and only takes a few minutes.

I love my Bruusta! There's nothing quite like making kombucha at home for half the cost. Everything I've tried has been delicious. The system is easy to use, well made and high quality. The flavor shots are a fantastic addition. They also have the best customer service. This is a lovely family owned business that I'm happy to support.

I was so excited to get our Brusta machine. Our first batch turned out great. We made a second batch. The second, we mixed it & set the machine upright on the stand. When we got up the next morning the liquid had leaked out all over the counter. it looked like the seal in the lid had partially come out, unbeknownst to us. We were very upset because we were headed to a festival & we wanted to take the Brusta machine with us & show it off and how easy it was to make Kombucha and share it with friends. It wasted the whole package. :( We don't understand why the Brusta all leaked out. Have you had this problem before?

Bruusta delivers. The system works. The kombucha tastes very good. And since I’m the only kombucha drinker in my house, the fact that they’ll let met skip shipments is very helpful.

We've had problems with dispensing, including leaking. Also a recent batch would only pour one glass, and then stop. We would have to wait several hours until we could get another.

Finally, customer service is poor. Email response is slow and intermittent.

I’ve reached out several times asking if I can purchase just the tap but I haven’t heard anything back from you. I like the product but I won’t buy another complete system if I can’t just buy the tap. It wasn’t very rugged.

Super easy to use. The taste is great. I just wish the flavor shot would be sugar free. That is the only complain I have.
