Prompt and efficient service
Prompt and efficient service. I purchased an inexpensive kettle and received it within a day or two with no delivery charge. Unfortunately the kettle was faulty (nothing to do with distributor) so i emailed the ‘contact us’ email address. I received a reply within a few hours advising how to return the kettle free of charge, which I did. All very straightforward. They sent a replacement promptly which is working fine. Good value.

Unkept promise
Service went down from 5 star to 3 for me. Bluestone promises discount if you send back used filters (bluestone,ie/recycle-brita/). They did that for the last 4 years but this time there was no reply at all. They should remove the discount promise from web page if they cannot fulfill it.
