I passed my sergeants process first time with Raj as my coach. He has been amazing and made our coaching sessions enjoyable but also very informative. Firstly, I want to say a massive thank you to Raj. Raj is absolutely excellent. He is very approachable and encouraging. He has a deep understanding of what assessors are looking for. He worked with me to develop my evidence for the assessment centre, and developed a toolkit of ideas I can use in my future career and at the board. He built my confidence over a number of weeks and I can honestly say I owe my success to him.

The online webinars provide valuable insights into what to expect at promotion boards. All of the coaches have vast experience and knowledge of what to expect at promotion boards. They will challenge your thinking, get you out of your comfort zone and develop your skill set so that you can perform on the big day.

I cannot recommend Bluelight highly enough. If you are hesitant about starting, just do it. You wont regret it!

I found that my coach, Catherine Pritchard, did a wonderful job supporting me and offering positive feedback to myself, meaning that I could build up my confidence and pass the BTP interview. Out of all the different companies and support pieces out there for joining the Police and passing the final interview Bluelightconsultancy is by far the best. Access to all webinars is in a recorded format is fantastic or by joining the webinar especially if you are somebody who works a bit later in the day. There is a perfect steady flow of special guests who can give a highly varied webinar which I found very interesting. Every tutor I had the pleasure of talking to are brilliant at what they do. It was a huge boost in my confidence for joining the police being able to speak with so many people with such a variety of careers within the police and hearing their stories gave me a great head start and helped me get that extra insight into the realities and day to day of policing. Every single tutor has an in depth knowledge of the CVF and has the perfect way of helping you link your experiences to the CVF. As they all have extensive experience in policing they can really help you to understand the forward facing questions and why they actually matter to policing and how you can use that understanding to become an idealistic candidate and a better police officer for it.
Andrea Quinton was my 1-1 coach and she was absolutely phenomenal from the 1st session to my last and all the group webinars in between. She is so easy to talk to and has very interesting stories from her own policing career which is an incredibly impressive one. Andrea knows exactly how to identify issues with your answers and how to correct them in a memorable way all prepped for your interview aswell as the positive reinforcement for when you do. I can say for certain that Andrea really cares about your journey into policing and does everything she can to help you succeed.

I can credit so much of my success to bluelightconsultancy and i really feel I am going to be a better police officer because of them and Andrea.
