If you learn with Zain, you will pass your test, 100%! He teaches you the correct way, makes sure you fully understand everything, and gives you the confidence and knowledge you need to know.

I honestly couldn’t recommend my Instructor Alice enough. She was very patient, supportive and encouraging throughout all my lessons, helping me to build my driving confidence and driving skills. Alice explained everything very clearly, which made me feel even more confident and comfortable behind the wheel and went beyond giving me helpful advice and tips which fully prepared me for my driving test.

Because of Alice’s guidance and encouragement, I was able to pass my test FIRST time. If you’re looking for supportive, friendly and brilliant driving instructor I would 100% advise for Alice and Bill Plant Driving School.

James Ferguson's technique and approach always made me feel comfortable and never bad or embarrassed about any mistakes in lessons. Would definitely recommend, particularly if you have anxiety or are quite nervous. Kudos to James

Passed my test today. I would definitely recommend taking lessons with Kashif as he is an amazing instructor. I honestly couldn’t ask for any better. Taught me everything I needed to know. Big thanks to Kashif for all the help and teaching. Again I would definitely recommend taking lessons with him.

I only did roughly 26 hours worth of lessons, even though I’m deaf - Paul Ibbotson helped me throughout that 26 hours, contributing a lot and supporting me throughout. His tips and way of teaching was brilliant - anyone should use him as their driving instructor 🙌🏻👍

Daniel Cambell was my Bill Plant driving instructor and he was honestly fantastic! I've just passed my test on the first try thanks to his teaching! As a person on the Autism spectrum with ADHD, I thought learning to drive would be almost impossible, but thanks to Dan's patience and brilliant teaching methods, I now have my full licence! Dan let's you learn at your own pace, and helps you learn from mistakes in a positive way. He teaches in a calm and professional manner that puts people at ease, especially when nervous. If I could give more than 5 stars I definitely would!

Absolutely helped me loads with my confidence driving enjoyed every minute of learning more and more about the roads after having previous lesson's with another instructor jeet helped me correct the little mistakes and make me the driver I am today I can’t be more thankful

The Bill Plant driving School have been insprational and helpful all along and with the recently concluded Part 2 Driving Instructor training provided by Ilona Mansoor, whom in my opinion is a subject matter expert both in terms of instructional ability and knowledge of the field. It was a wonderful and enjoyable experience, with learning taken place at all times. I'll reccommend Bill Plant Driving School and Instructor Ilona Mansoor to anyone who need their services.

Paid for a gift voucher, never received it — refunded after 4 days of chasing

I bought a £300 gift voucher for my son's 17th birthday on 26 October. I received a payment confirmation and then an email saying the voucher code would arrive "within the next 24hrs". It never did — nothing on the 27th (his birthday), nothing after.

On 28 October I emailed support (no reply as of 30 October) and then called. The agent confirmed my email and order details and promised to resend the voucher. Nothing arrived. On 29 October I called again and asked for a refund; the refund landed on 30 October.

To be fair, the refund was processed quickly once requested. But the product itself — an email voucher — was simply never delivered, support email went unanswered, and a phone promise wasn't kept. For a gift bought online with a date attached, that's a failed service. I've gone elsewhere.

Ilona Mansoor was My trainer/instructor, she’s excellent in communication, explanation on upfront of what’s expected of me. She opened my eyes because I thought that I was ready but I realise I need her input. Excellent trainer I have good things to say about the training she gave me positive outlook and the areas I need to improve on which is what I needed.

Passed within 18 hours of driving and I highly recommend.

I had izzy thorpe, she is firm with her driving but that made it stick in my brain, she makes you smile and laugh which makes you feel comfortable and at ease and relaxed while driving. All in all phenomenal instructor and I couldn't ask for a better teacher
