Bike-room is offering very good prices and the delivery time was extremely short. The customer support is very helpful, but my package came with damages and they forgot to send me a receipt for my order.

The purchase process was very easy and smooth, with friendly and prompt communication throughout. Overall, a very positive buying experience.

Bike room did everything as they said. And fast. I bought a used super bike for a fraction of what it would cost new. Possibly even less than I could buy it used for. Ecstatic with their service!. Their responses were always there and usually rapid also. Other companies should take note.

This is the second time that I have bought a bike from Bike room. Bought a brand new Colnago Y1RS. Very smooth transaction, pricing is unbeatable, bike was professionally packed, shipped and arrived in California in 3 days. These guys are professionals and very good at what they do.

You did great! We just did not expect the delays and extra charges. I guess part of it with our being busy at work and my husband so excited to have and order this bike, he missed to read the fine prints 🥺😇🤐

Bike arrived quickly, in perfect condition. All customs/import forms were handled seamlessly and duties were included in the shipping fee. Amazing that it’s more than 20% cheaper to buy and ship a bike from Italy than it is to buy the exact same model locally (without shipping!) in the US.

Service was ok until i bought the bike. After that, a disaster. After my purchase I realised that bike was extremely overpriced, so if you work hard for your money, like I do, don't spend it here. Look elsewhere and you'll find it cheaper, guaranteed.
On the other hand, after 3 months, the Guerciotti sticker on the top-tube started peeling. Their answer was to send it over AT MY COST, even though it was clear from the photos i sent that it was a spray issue. They expected me to pay EUR150, at least to send it over because of an issue caused by the bike manufacturer.
@BikeRoom, you should start taking responsibility for what you sell, or else don't stock specific bike brands

A great service. They are legit. The emails I sent regarding the import were returned promptly and courteously. They moved fast and my bike was shipped and reached the US within a day of them shipping it. The bike spent more time in the states because of customs and UPS was more of a pain than anything else.
I had a showroom bike which is literally brand new and happy with it for 1/2 the price almost. I just wish it came with the bike specs, instructions for assembly and original instructions for the electronic shifters. They are 5 stars in terms of great bikes but a little original documentation would be helpful.

The Bike I have ordered and promised to be available, was not. So I chose another one, which is also Okay, but not with the color, I wanted. The communication with bike room was a bit confusing. Shopify is not the right platform, for this kind of deals. It was supplied perfectly via FedEx

Bike was as described. I took it to my local bike shop for inspection and they said it was in excellent shape with no repair or wearing issues.

The bike was chipped , offered bad compensation, then negotiated to money and pedals as compensation to only be reimbursed a fraction of the agreed compensation. Now they will not honour the agreement and I’m left with a chipped bike without full agreed compensation

A limited edition used pro bike in a retro style team color introduced for one race only, the 2025 Liège-Bastogne-Liège. This bike was practically brand new with minimal sign of wear on the crankset. The Di2 shift record showed only around 90 hours of use. Bikeroom again made this possible for an incredible price. I need not repeat any more than what I've already said in my past reviews about Bikeroom, only that I keep coming back for more. Serena took care of all the import and shipping logistics. I got this bike in less than 10 business days from order, and well ahead of Bikeroom's original estimated. When buying a used bike, I typically plan ahead any potential part replacements and factor in that cost. For me it was the long stem (130mm) and wheelset that I planned on replacing when ordering this bike. The detachable cable duct for the Deda SuperBox stem made it easy without rerouting and re-terminating brake hoses. I have had great experiences with my many previous purchases from BikeRoom, and this one is no different.

Overall the expérience with bikeroom was great! Communication could be improved eventhough they are very responsive certain things that were asked did not get done like send pictures as the bike was being packaged. I had concerns as I seemed to be the one always following up but in the end everything was spot on. They are very easy to deal with and were very accommodating…. I would not hesitate to buy from them again. My next bike will definitely be bought again through them… thanks for everything!
