- The Spanish BigBuy (All 4 Business S.L.) started billing me more than half a year after canceling the order on their own initiative, they tried to steal 2 x 89 euros (178 euros) from me in one day, which was only reported to me by the payment service provider, that gave me time to cancel any other withdrawals immediately and file a complaint to BigBuy (All 4 Business S.L.) and later the payment service provider. BigBuy (All 4 Business S.L.) sent an automatic email response and I have not heard anything from them since, not even invoices or receipts for these events.
- I have demanded from the company (BigBuy All 4 Business S.L.) that a human participate in addition to automated decision-making in accordance with the EU GDPR regulations, but there is no response.
- It is impossible to get a human from the company (BigBuy All 4 Business S.L.) to handle things if something goes wrong, only AI-based responses to emails if they are willing to respond or AI chat on the website.
- Practically all communication via AI.
- The company (BigBuy All 4 Business S.L.) is lying when advertising that the product texts are translations from native. All product texts are automatically translated using a poor translation program (especially in such an easy language as Finnish, so the texts often don't make any sense and the English is too pure crap).
- All texts can be seen from 100 kilometers away that they were not written by a human -> Significantly reduces the credibility of the online store.
- Due to the translations, many product names or product information are completely incorrect and misleading to the customer -> More product returns.
- Many product images are of a different product than the product mentioned in the product information -> More product returns.
- Every product image is of really poor quality and product images are not available enough -> More product returns.
- Every product information must be checked and corrected before the product is published.
- BigBuy (All 4 Business S.L.) apparently has very few products in stock, because they are either out of stock or are changing to a new product number, which means the product texts are wrong and crappy again -> BigBuy (All 4 Business S.L.) laughs at your customer satisfaction on their way to the bank.
- It is almost impossible to permanently remove products from the online store that BigBuy forcibly adds to product categories during each update -> Products that you no longer want appear on sale in your online store.
- And by the way, the margins are VERY LOW, basically no profit for your online store if you want to make any sell, some of their prices for you are higher than the shop next to you sells the same item to the consumer -> Just saying, do the search yourself.
- In the event of a customer return, you do not receive any information about what will happen next and when. The seller has to try to ask the artificial intelligence what will happen next and when.
- The behavior of BigBuy (All 4 Business S.L.) is really unprofessional, they lie and even try to steal (fortunately the payment service provider fixed the issue, although almost two months of my life were spent arguing with the AI, and that time cannot be returned to me).
- I do not recommend BigBuy (All 4 Business S.L.) to anyone unless they want to ruin their own online store and online store customer satisfaction permanently and as efficiently as possible.
- I am eagerly awaiting what happens next, because my Wholesaler Pack account seems to be still active (22.7.2026) even though it was terminated 7 months ago and I have requested its permanent removal (7 months ago), and they are not answering my questions about it (worst customer service ever). Maybe they try to steal from me again???
THINK 30 TIMES AND SLEEP 1000000 NIGHTS BEFORE SUBSCRIBING AND DO THE RESEARCH!!!
17 days after my purchase (18134232) and hundreds of messages sent, I was informed by Big Buy that my order was canceled because the items were out of stock.
At the time of purchase, the items were not canceled; otherwise, it would not have been possible to buy and pay.
I do not accept this conduct on the part of this company, and I was even threatened with being blocked because the customer can be scammed and harmed but has to remain silent because no one ever bothered to explain what was happening.
I was forced to request the cancellation of the order, and as I informed them, I want my money back and compensation for the amount I paid for the two items, not at the resale price.
I will never be silent about the way I have been treated by Big Buy, and I will not give up until I receive what they owe me along with compensation for the damages caused.
It is a scam business,
We recently discovered that BigBuy stole our money in a very clever way. We had a yearly subscription with them. Their service was completely cut off for five months. After every enquiry, they informed us that they were working on the issue and that it would be resolved soon, and that they would compensate us for the subscription period during which their service was not delivered. Later, they informed us that they would not do that, and if we wanted, we could cancel our subscription so we would not be charged in the future. We paid them for a service that they didn't deliver.
Warning! This service was a fair service. But now they are scamming people. I was charged 8 transactions of 89 euro each without any reason. All charges made in one single day. I made a claim at paypal to refund my money and then bigbuy sent a face tracking number to paypal and my claim got denied. Bigbuy is not even replaying to my emails now. This service isn’t what they where several years ago! Don’t trust them!
You cant even log into the site because they wont send you your login code and theres no support number to call or to reach out to. I send multiple emails to the given support email to no avail.
I was charged €89 by BigBuy even though I did not have an active subscription.
I contacted BigBuy and clearly requested a refund. Their response was that the issue was linked to a broader PayPal investigation and that the resolution depended on PayPal. However, PayPal refused to help after I contested the transaction, and BigBuy still never reimbursed me.
From a customer point of view, this is unacceptable. The charge came from BigBuy, I contacted BigBuy, and I expected BigBuy to take responsibility instead of leaving me stuck between them and PayPal.
I still have not received my €89 refund. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company.
Following up on my last review from +8 months ago, where we are still fighting a loosing battle, to receive our funds (refund), due to the lack products in the catalog, the lack of customer service and much more; where BB have simply stopped replying at this point.
Read the rest of our experience below if anything:
Noticeable decline in service quality for API partners
We have been a BigBuy partner for close to 6 years, using their API integration to power our webshop and fulfil customer orders. Over the past 9–12 months, we have observed a consistent decline in service quality that is now having a measurable impact on our business operations.
Order dispatch delays have become increasingly frequent. Orders commonly remain in “Processed” status for one to two weeks before dispatch, followed by seven to nine days in transit. As a result, customers within the EU have, in several cases, experienced delivery times of up to four weeks.
These delays create significant challenges, including:
- Increased refund requests (disputes)
- Negative customer feedback
- Marketplace performance warnings
- Loss of customer confidence
- Financial impact borne by the partner
Once an order is marked as validated, cancellations are frequently declined, even when delays occur prior to dispatch. The alternative suggested — requesting customers to refuse delivery — is operationally impractical, and return shipping costs are still charged to the partner, regardless of fault.
BigBuy’s internal stock management system, which was "updated" recently has lead to the clear experience of:
- Inconsistencies between API stock levels and actual availability
- Increased instances of items marked as in stock but later delayed
- Reduced predictability in fulfilment timelines
As an API-integrated partner, the accuracy and reliability of data is essential to our core business. When discrepancies occur, partners remain responsible for customer communication, refunds, and reputation management, despite having no control over fulfilment.
Support interactions have also become less effective. Responses are typically standardised and automated, often identical across different cases. While replies are generally prompt, there is limited issue-specific resolution or escalation, and recurring problems remain unresolved over time.
It is also worth noting that feedback experiences may differ between direct buyers and API-based partners, as the operational challenges of integrations, stock synchronisation, and fulfilment are primarily encountered by partners managing live storefronts.
BigBuy has never really met our operational expectations, but since the integration was long-winded and ongoing, we kept and keep pushing. At present, the service consistency required for time-sensitive e-commerce environments is not being met. Until these issues are addressed, we would advise caution for businesses considering BigBuy as a fulfilment partner for integration-driven or marketplace-based sales models.
Warning: subscription trap, unusable dashboard and refund refused
My experience with BigBuy has been extremely negative, and I strongly advise small businesses to be very careful before paying for any of their packs.
We were charged around €85 for an automatic renewal of the BigBuy Ecommerce / Wholesale pack. This renewal was not wanted, the renewed period was not used, and the pack was cancelled immediately after the charge was noticed.
BigBuy confirmed that the pack was cancelled, but refused to refund the payment. Their reason was that the pack renews automatically without prior notice and that they do not issue refunds for incomplete subscription periods.
That is exactly the problem.
In my experience, this is a very customer-hostile subscription setup. The platform is unclear, difficult to navigate, and unreliable. Accessing the dashboard was not straightforward. I repeatedly had problems getting into the correct dashboard/account area, and basic account settings were not easy to reach. I even recorded a video showing the failed attempts to access the dashboard. That video is being kept as evidence in this dispute.
BigBuy tells customers they can cancel from the control panel, but in practice the dashboard and cancellation flow were not reasonably accessible or clear. Then, when the renewal happens, they hide behind their terms and conditions and refuse the refund.
That is unacceptable.
The platform itself was also a major disappointment. BigBuy presents itself as having a huge catalogue, but in actual use the number of products that looked genuinely useful, available, and commercially interesting was only a small fraction of what I expected. A lot of the offer felt like generic/private-label-type products rather than a strong, high-quality supplier catalogue. The system was confusing, slow, and far less professional than advertised.
We did not use the renewed subscription period. We cancelled as soon as we noticed the charge. We explained the dashboard access problems. BigBuy still refused to refund the money.
To me, this feels like a subscription trap: difficult platform, unclear cancellation flow, automatic renewal without proper warning, and no refund even when the renewed period is unused.
We are now disputing the payment through the bank/card issuer.
I cannot recommend BigBuy. Be extremely careful with their paid packs, automatic renewals, and cancellation process. Check everything immediately, take screenshots, record evidence if needed, and do not assume they will act reasonably if something goes wrong.
Seems like I'm not only person who got SCAMed by them. We paid them about 7000€ two months ago and no money. No response. Only response they still give to us: we provided information to our managers. They still work, seems like they try sell everything and get money from each who come to them =( Started return process by laws hope to get money back.
Part 2 of BigBuy's ignorance:
Avoid BigBuy if you plan to build a perfume business
....
The result was devastating:
More than a year of lost time.
A fully developed perfume store that became impossible to operate.
Hundreds of products manually added one by one for nothing.
Marketing work that became worthless.
SEO efforts that became worthless.
Countless hours of product research, optimization, and website development wasted.
Business opportunities that could not be recovered.
Influencer collaborations and promotional plans that could not move forward as intended.
Additional money spent on business development with little or no return.
A business project that ultimately had to be abandoned.
During all this time, I managed to make only 5 sales.
Think about that for a moment.
After paying nearly €2,000, spending countless hours building a store, manually creating and organizing hundreds of products, investing in marketing plans, preparing collaborations, and waiting over a year for solutions, the outcome was only 5 sales before the business became unsustainable.
What frustrates me most is not the stock issue itself. Supply problems can happen in any industry.
The real problem is that I continued investing time, effort, and hope into a system that never returned to normal despite repeated assurances that it would.
At no point was there a clear resolution, a realistic timeline, or a meaningful compensation for the damage caused to businesses that depended on this catalog.
If you are considering BigBuy as a supplier for perfumes, ask yourself a simple question:
Would you invest €1,800–€1,900, spend months building a business, commit additional money to marketing and growth, and dedicate countless hours of work if you knew your main product category could remain unavailable for more than 15 months?
Had I known what was coming, I would never have chosen BigBuy.
Fifteen months later, the perfume category still has not recovered, my business never had the opportunity to grow as planned, and the time and money invested can never be recovered.
My experience has been extremely disappointing, financially damaging, and a complete waste of valuable business time.
I cannot recommend BigBuy to anyone planning to build a perfume business.
Same thing happened to me 2 €89 unauthorized charges after that the subscription was cancelled months ago, they literally stolen money from my card
Bigbuy.eu is the most dishonest and untrustworthy supplier in Europe. Bigbuy.eu's unreliable, incomplete and flawed system is known and popular with credit card criminals. Bigbuy.eu knows the flaws and shortcomings of its system but they don't care and instead they deliver to the criminals without blinking an eye all orders that manage to get through. I warn all online merchants, do not trust Bigbuy.eu's flawed system and unreliable and dishonest practices because your store could be the next victim and you will lose thousands of euros of money.
I’ve been trying to get a refund because my plan has been renewed without telling me about it before and it’s been three weeks and i am still waiting for a refund even though I have never used their services.
I am writing this to warn other business owners. I terminated my partnership with BigBuy and requested the withdrawal of my remaining balance of 526.35 EUR from my wallet. Despite my numerous requests and strict adherence to their policies, they have completely ignored my emails and failed to process the transfer for weeks.
Their customer support is unhelpful, providing only generic template responses without addressing the actual issue or providing a valid explanation. It is completely unacceptable for a B2B platform to withhold funds in this manner.
Because they have chosen to ignore all direct communication and failed to meet their own deadlines, I have been forced to engage legal counsel to recover my money. I am now proceeding with formal legal action and reporting them to the relevant European regulatory authorities for unfair business practices.
If you are considering working with BigBuy, be aware that getting your money back once you decide to leave their platform is a nightmare. Do not trust them with your financial balance.
You have deducted €89 from my account twice via PayPal. After a complaint, you have blocked my access to the BigBuy user page. You have literally stolen our money, and this after 10 years of business. Only a company can do this, when before shutting down the service due to bankruptcy it steals from its previous customers. And if you have done this to 1000 users, you have so far stolen €178,000 from just those 1000 users. Shame on you, you corrupt people. IMMEDIATELY return the money to the stolen PayPal account!!!!!
My experience with BigBuy has gone from disappointing to completely unacceptable.
On top of the ongoing issues with stock accuracy, catalogue changes, poor technical support, vague replies, system problems, and unreliable information, I have also had PayPal charges taken that appear unrelated to any normal subscription payment.
These were not simple recurring subscription charges on the expected date. They were taken on separate dates, and this happened twice. That is extremely concerning, especially when support is slow, unclear, and difficult to get proper answers from.
What makes this worse is that I am not the only person raising concerns. Other people also appear to be reporting unexpected or unexplained charges, refund problems, poor communication, and serious damage to their businesses after relying on BigBuy.
When you build an ecommerce business around a supplier, you need stability, transparency, and trust. In my experience, BigBuy has failed badly on all three.
The biggest issue is not just one bad payment or one bad support ticket.
It is the whole pattern:
unreliable stock information,
brands or catalogues disappearing,
technical problems,
vague support replies,
payments taken incorrectly or unexpectedly,
refunds being difficult to obtain,
and a lack of real accountability when things go wrong.
For small businesses, this can be devastating. You invest in a website, integrations, advertising, SEO, customer service, and product listings — then suddenly the supplier system becomes unreliable, products vanish, orders cannot be fulfilled properly, and money is taken without clear explanation. That can seriously damage customer trust and cash flow.
In my opinion, anyone considering BigBuy should be extremely cautious. Do not rely on them as the foundation of your business unless you are prepared for serious operational problems and very poor support when things go wrong.
If you have had incorrect payments, unresolved refunds, or misleading service issues, I would strongly advise filing a formal complaint with Oficina Municipal de Información al Consumidor — OMIC.
Keep screenshots, PayPal records, invoices, support tickets, dates, and copies of every message.
This is no longer just bad service. For me, it has become a trust issue. I could not recommend BigBuy to anyone trying to build a reliable ecommerce business.
I don’t usually leave negative public reviews, and I even created a Trustpilot account just for this review.
I’ve been using Bigbuy for about four years, and I’ve spent around €100,000 through them, so I have some experience with them.
Bigbuy has always had issues with stock levels, delivery delays, refunds and products arriving damaged, but the final straw for me was when, just over a week ago, they charged €267 from my account one night without any reason or order.
Now that I’m following their latest funding round and other shenanigans with empty warehouse, it’s clear that this money taken from me was a calculated theft—just as it surely was for others who have been charged without justification.
Now, over a week later, I still haven’t gotten my money back and Bigbuy is no longer responding to messages, this seems to be their standard approach to customer service.
After all these years, it feels like their business isn’t B2B e-commerce, but rather scamming and exploiting their customers.
Have been experiencing major stock issues for more than a month now and they do not grant refund from the anual fee, neither a plausible explanation or expected solution date.
I placed order 18120909, but the shipment was suddenly marked as cancelled by the carrier without any proper notification to me. My customer was waiting for the product, and I had to contact BigBuy several times to ask what happened.
The support only told me they were waiting for the carrier’s answer, but the situation was not solved quickly. In the end, my customer cancelled the order, requested a refund, and even left me negative feedback because the product was not delivered.
Even after the delivery was cancelled, I still did not receive a refund after more than 2 weeks. I followed up multiple times by email, but they stopped replying properly and did not give me a clear solution.
For a dropshipping and wholesale supplier, this is a serious problem. Sellers need reliable logistics, fast communication, and quick refunds when an order cannot be delivered. In this case, the issue damaged my business, my cashflow, and my seller reputation.
I hope BigBuy improves its logistics handling, customer support, and refund process.
I bought your product tried it out it did not do anything I think I was rip off I could not get it ti do anything
