The absolute worst customer service
Their customer service is ridiculous. I ordered labels for my wedding favours that is in 2 months. This is my second batch I had to order because they taped over my first patch so I lost about 10 stickers, I originally ordered enough. I made another order to complete my favour and to make a few extra in case we go over our guest list count, half the order was delivered, half was no where to be found. First of all they charge you $20+ to get faster shipping and for it to come on an extract day, or maybe 1-2 days later. I kept checking fedex but never for an update after 2 days, I contacted fedex because bizay has some robot as their customer service assistant, told me to contact the carrier. The carrier told me that the box was delivered empty and to contact bizay. It has been over a week now and no one has gotten back to me. I filled out there form multiple times because there is no email or number to contact, only the assistant chat support on the site who has the same auto generated answers that where unhelpful. I though I got a reply yesterday from bizay but they also just sent me a auto generated reply telling me to contact the carrier if there is a delay in shipment, they didn’t even read my message with the attached photo from fedex saying the package was empty. I am very disappointed because now I have to place a whole new order and pay for shipping again just to get half my original order. It’s ridiculous. My wedding is so soon I don’t have a choice. I was testing them for my business but honestly I’ll pay the extra any where else if it means I can talk to a real person in customer support. Very disappointed.
