We’re sorry you feel disappointed, however as I mentioned to Nathan is a very similar review, we do need to correct several inaccuracies in this review.
Yes, we cancelled your booking, but this was due to the property being sold by its owner; something outside of our control and, fortunately, we provided you with plenty of notice.
It is also incorrect to say that we did not apologise or attempt to assist you. Our team contacted you, explained the circumstances, apologised for the inconvenience and provided alternative accommodation options. While those alternatives were not at the same price as your original booking, we manage individually owned short-term rental properties, not a hotel, and each property has its own pricing and availability.
We also do not accept the claim that our prices were deliberately increased following your cancellation. This is completely false.
We understand that having a booking cancelled is frustrating, but we believe it is important that reviews accurately reflect what actually occurred. Unfounded claims can unfairly impact small businesses and the reputation we work hard to maintain.
We wish you all the best with your upcoming trip to Cairns and hope you enjoy Tropical North Queensland.

The staff at Belle Coolum Beach were professional, friendly and listened to our requirements. Location, secure parking, facilities and basic equipment were very good.

Definitely stay here
The unit is just beautiful and the location is amazing. Wake up and look at the beach, watch the sunset from the balcony or wander along the waterfront - it is a perfect location. The unit is so comfortable and has everything you could need - including a wonderful hot shower and comfy beds. The only improvement (and reason for 4 stars not 5) would be new wooden doors and screen doors to the unit and balcony. They are really tricky and need upgrading. Would 100% stay here again.

For the past 6 years Belle Escapes have found us pet friendly houses in the Coolum area
This would be about the 6th year in a row that we have utilized Belle Escapes in finding us a pet friendly house in the Coolum area
They have been particularly helpful.
This year we had a very comfortable 3 weeks at Cassia Ave.
It had a well stocked kitchen, a huge tv with Stan and Prime available.
The washing machine and dryer were new and easy to use.
The bedrooms and bathrooms were spotlessly clean.
The garden at the back was a lovely surprise .. it was very tropical
There was a nice outdoor space
No pool but we didn’t want one
It was a little unfortunate that the garage was locked but it was a great house and we’d certainly book it again
Thank you to the wonderfully friendly staff at Belle Escapes. We enjoyed our holiday with our little Maltese doggies

A PLEASANT SURPRISE.
I needed last minute accomodation at Palm Cove. I found a great last minute deal on Belle Property Escapes and thought it was probably too good to be true.
I was wrong !
The property was amazing. The communication from Belle was brilliant and they made the whole process seamless and as I advised Antje at Belle immediately upon check in, the presentation and cleanliness I'm not was kidding 10 /10.

Can Highly Recommend
Having had a bad experience last Christmas when I rented a property in Nelson Bay I was delighted to find Belle Property Escapes - right from the first enquiry I had a friendly, helpful and responsive service. Over time I talked with just about all the staff in the office and they were all the same - so helpful and keen to make our stay a good one. With the few issues we had - which were entirely outside of their control - they were so helpful even after hours. I can highly recommend them.

A winter break for two happy Kiwis
We visited from New Zealand for a month. Our apartment was perfect for our needs, and well located with beach views, a lovely cafe on the ground floor, and close to public transport - all as advertised. The lovely ladies at the Belle Property office were so friendly and helpful, it was great having them there to guide us (and help out with a spare key when we locked ourselves out!). We would love to come back again and know that we can have total confidence in booking on-line and having another great holiday.
