NO compren nada a esta empresa. Compré un producto por 470 € y todavía no lo he recibido. Behamux no responde a las llamadas ni contesta a correos electrónicos ni a mensajes enviados por Facebook, Instagram o WhatsApp.
No tengo ninguna información clara sobre dónde está mi pedido. La empresa de transporte, TXT.es, indica en su seguimiento que el paquete lleva más de tres semanas en Algeciras. Intenté ir personalmente para averiguar qué estaba pasando con la entrega a Alcaidesa, pero esta empresa no existe en Algeciras: no hay dirección física y son completamente inaccesibles.
He llamado innumerables veces y he enviado varios correos sin recibir respuesta alguna. Todo resulta muy sospechoso y poco profesional, por lo que he denunciado el caso como fraude.

Do NOT buy anything from this company. I purchased an item costing €470 and it still has not arrived. Behamux does not answer phone calls and does not reply to emails or messages on Facebook, Instagram, or WhatsApp.
I have no idea where my order actually is. The delivery company, TXT.es, shows in their tracking that the item has been in Algeciras for more than three weeks. I even wanted to go there personally to understand the issue with delivery to Alcaidesa, but this company does not exist in Algeciras. There is no physical address, and they are completely unreachable.
I have called countless times and sent multiple emails with no response. Everything about this situation is suspicious and unprofessional, so I have reported it as fraud.

I have bought a bike, and have payed with PayPal. A few minutes after I finish the purchase they have cancelled it but they didn't refund me, they just kept the money. No answer to my contacts, WhatsApp, email... I don't understand. I have asked help to PayPal...

We bought a treadmill in May. It worked for a week and a half before breaking. We sent it back. They "repaired" it. It still wasn't working. We sent it back again. On the 1st of Aug we were told we would get a NEW machine, even though I requested a refund. Today we received the EXACT SAME machine back again!!!

They haven't even said if it was repaired or not, but it doesn't matter to me, because the last time I was on that machine it stopped suddenly and I nearly fell off. That was at 6 months pregnant. I am almost 8 months now, and I cannot get back on that machine, and trust that it won't just suddenly stop again and I fall and my baby gets hurt?

The purpose of getting this machine was for me to safely continue exercising during my pregnancy, that is why my husband bought it for me for my birthday. It worked for an entire week and a half in the entire 4 months since we bought it, and I'm terrified to even try to use it now, when I need it most. I was so looking forward to using the new machine now, as it is getting colder in the mornings, and the rainy season is starting. I was literally in tears today because of this utter disappointment. This company has no integrity. Their word doesn't mean anything.

Companies with a bad reputation, poor managament quality, irresponsible.
If you ordered one device you can get an delivered a different one. Not only do they make the mistake of sending the wrong item, but when it comes to picking it up and returning the equipment, they don’t respect the agreed schedules or dates. They are completely Total irresponsible...!!!
If you order a device, it is very likely that they will send you the wrong one, and then it takes a very long time before they come to pick it up. They lie, they lie… They fail, they fail..!!”

After complaining and not receiving any emails for over a week, the transport company had teh next 4 boxes which i collected. the item is goodm the transport and customer servicer is poor.

I´m only giving one star as you cannot give zero. quick top take my money, no customer service i purchased a multi gym for 768 euro, they have marked it as delivered and all i have is a box of screws, 2 packets out of 6. no customer service, no response to emails, I´m marking this as fraud with my bank, what a shower this company is, I cant believe that Decathlon associated themselves with them.

I purchased a multigym 400 system on 5/01/2025 and to date it has not been delivered. I requested a full refund after 3 weeks. They promised a refund and have not heard from since then. They do not have a phone number on website and do not respond to emails.
I would not recommend anyone purchase from them. Will be denouncing them at Policia Local.

Compré un sistema Multigym 400 el 1 de mayo de 2025 y hasta la fecha no me lo han entregado. Solicité un reembolso completo después de 3 semanas. Me prometieron un reembolso y no he tenido noticias de ellos desde entonces.

No tienen un número de teléfono en el sitio web y no responden a los correos electrónicos.

No recomendaría a nadie que les compre.

Los denunciaré ante la policía local.

I have received a Treadmill Force 550 from this brand in poor conditions ever!

I bought directly from the site brand it take some time to arrive and came damage.

The box was damaged by water and filter in on the inside causing damage to the accessories, and presence also in another parts of electric parts of the treadmill.

The costumer service I believe it's the worst I have contacted, only replied once per day with lucky in 3 days the WhatsApp contact also, and worse doesn't help much, saying that WhatsApp is only for commercial service, but on site doesn't says nothing like that!

They are trying that I mount the treadmill like this because doesn't matter it's only water... Came on, matters for me because I don't now in what places the water passed by, making some malfunction in short time and they refuse the give quick solution for replacement or some other thing!
And another thing where is the accessories bag! It's drawn in water I can't use that.

The company doesn't care about the costumer, I have replied the email with all the details, on the first email that I sent I get a quick reply, after that nothing, for more emails that I sent I still don't have any answer.
Beware with this brand!

Bought a Behumax Treadmill Force Vibrator 580 and it has been a nightmare since only 2 weeks of use. After 30 minutes walking 5km/h speed it starts smelling like burnt rubber and it starts slowing down, eventually it overheated after 50 minutes of walking.
You can tell this is a cheap chinese product rebranded with their company name since very simillar treadmills are on sale on AliExpress.
Even the elevation motor stopped working eventually.
Of course they will only repair and send it back but will not refund for this piece of junk.
After I replaced the main engine that they sent to me, the problem remains the same so it is a problem of product quality and it does not meet the maximum user weight that they advertise on the product page.
The communication with the support is also a nightmare, they only respond once in 1 or 2 days after we send an email.
Lawsuit incoming!

Multigym has a cog ( wheel) with a defect causing the wire to fray ,the company will not replace this small piece of plastic and i even offered to pay for it ,i am now pleased to say that they are now replacing the cog and wires so i therefore have to say perhaps i was a little to quick with this review and am pleased with the service i have received ,ok now sorry to say they have now said they need to receive 25 euros to send this ..they only replied after i asked them why i hadnt got the package yet ! Really they supplied inferior goods

Worst customer service ever! I purchased a Treadmill Force Vibrator 580 and it came with missing components to set it up properly. I provided pictures of all the pieces that came in the box and downloaded the manual. Customer support first admitted that there were missing screws and guaranteed to send it within a few days. After a few hours, they called me and said that all components were indeed in the box, and asked me to ignore some of the steps in the manual because the treadmill was already delivered with built-in components that I thought it was missing. As I started to continuenthe set up, I realized that it was not true - it is indeed missing components. Then I phoned them back and they said that the treadmill specialist is on vacation and will return next week! All of this i and it's been week since the product arrived and I just can't use it. To complete the perfect customer support, they told me that because I bought the product from a Marketplace, it is expected that I would have my support delayed...
They couldn't care less about a customer, could they?
