I recently bought a pillow for which I was charged an extra 20€ to have it delivered. For that amount of money I would have expected a seamless delivery experience, however Befa uses DHL which are the complete opposite of a modern delivery service. I received a single notification when the package was initially sent, but no further updates for 5 days when I checked the status and found it was out for delivery that day (no email from either Befa or DHL). I stayed at home all day waiting for the delivery. At 6pm I finally received an email informing me it had been dropped off at a DHL depot in my town and I had to go to collect it. Although pleased with the product, I would order from Amazon next time as they know how to keep their customers informed.
