I have been working as an affiliate for bedrop.de and had already started generating my first sales. Everything seemed to be going well at the beginning.

However, without any clear explanation, my account was suddenly closed. After that, I was unable to access my affiliate dashboard, and more importantly, I never received the commissions I had earned.

I have tried multiple times to contact their team to resolve this issue, but I have not received any response. No explanation, no support, and no payment.

This is extremely concerning and unprofessional behavior. Affiliates invest time, effort, and money into promoting products, and it is unacceptable to have accounts shut down and commissions withheld without any transparency.

I strongly warn other affiliates to be very cautious before working with this company.

Not good! Their website says my item was delivered but it hasn't been. They are ignoring my WhatsApp messages and emails now.
They've replied telling me to email again! I've sent 3 emails to this address and still no reply. I will never buy from these again. I will have to go through my bank.

I had a terrible allergic reaction to this cream, and the company said I could return unopened jars for full refund. I sent them back, the Post Office confirmed it was delivered. But Bedrop says they never got the jars. Finally, they sent me a refund for the unopened jars. So changing the rating. Maybe the cream is good for someone else, but not me.

Despite their promising products and aesthethic marketing, I’m disappointed with the company approach and its product.
The item I received (order number: RN8193860) was not as described. Furthermore, after I reported the issue, the company failed to respond to my messages. It’s unfortunate, as we had hoped this would be a potenially new source of a bee related supplements...

Very reliable from order to delivery. Great products, the propolis nailserum is doing a great job on a stubborn athletes foot condition. Exceeds my expectations.!!!

Everything until now is of great quality, and I hope to stay like this.
