Replacement PC arrived with used parts
We ordered an Opal gaming computer from Bedrock Computers for approximately £1,000. When it arrived, we discovered that the graphics card, memory, PSU and case were all different from the components we had ordered.
To their credit, the owner called to apologise, explained what had happened and promised to put things right, including a small graphics-card upgrade as compensation.
However, the replacement computer finally arrived today—one month after our original order—and shockingly, it contains a clearly well-used, second-hand graphics card. There are also screws missing from the PSU, and it was supplied with a used power cable carrying a PAT-test label dated 2021.
After waiting a month and giving the company the opportunity to correct its original mistakes, receiving a replacement computer in this condition is completely unacceptable. What should have been a straightforward purchase has become an absolute joke. I have completely lost confidence in Bedrock Computers and could not recommend them based on this experience.
It appears their business model is to send either different spec or second hand parts.

Bought a high end gaming PC from these…
Bought a high end gaming PC from these guys back in June and everything was absolutely spot on. They even went ahead and upgraded my case for me to better suit the airflow which they didn’t have to do but that’s what these guys are about! I’d definitely buy from these again and I’d recommend them if you’re looking for a trusted retailer.

Don't try to buy PC on there
Don't try to buy PC on there,
They try to put lower hardware to my PC, ( I bought GTx 1050, but they put GTx 745 on it) I was said no, they ignored and still delivery to me, then I try to ask return and refund, they won't reply anything, lucky I ask PayPal to claim back my money but it been taken almost one month to get my money back,

My Bedrock computer is honestly the best money ive ever spent.
It runs so much smoother than my last PC, I upgraded my case for a fraction of other PC company's prices AND they keep you updated on what process the PC is at, whether it be the building process, software update or if they're about to send it off.
Everytime I called or emailed they replied within the day and every member I spoke to was super helpful and kind which is always appreciated.

Helpful and friendly, they kept me updated on progress and threw in a better case for my prebuilt PC at no extra charge and it looks great! They answered all my questions clearly and went out of their way to make sure my PC was sent out for next day delivery. Great price too on the peripherals as well as the PC!
Even after receiving my Computer they reached out to check everything was OK and I had no problems with my purchase. So 5 stars for aftercare too! I would recommend Bedrock Computers to anyone and would happily do business with them again personally!

Excellent pc
This was our second attempt at getting a pc for my son the first one was a “budget “hand built one it didn’t work and was filthy did some research and got an entry level one from bedrock myself and my son couldn’t be happier after an initial problem with a fan connection was sorted with detailed instructions from Flynn it appeared it had just come out in transit , it plays all the games he wants and the product and service was excellent it was also very easy to set up and get started with which was good as I have no computer experience at all
