They kept me up to date on the order and I did not have to follow them up once. They were very proactive - great customer service.

The battery i ordered didnt fit or work in my cleaner. While I was disappinted by that, I cant fault the customer service when I reached out with the issue. Responses were prompt and solutions were reasonable and timely.

I bought from better batt because they had a battery + charger for an older device that I couldn’t find elsewhere! Shine and Gen were very proactive in letting me know that there would be a short delay in receiving my order as it was a backorder item. I was very grateful for their customer service and communication.

On Sunday 18th January 2026 I purchased these for $52.98. On Wednesday 21st January 2026 I just received an empty box with nothing inside it so I chatted to customer support who are refusing to replace the items for me.

Great customer service, great product, great price. I purchased an item that needed to be shipped from international warehouse so it took longer to received. However they explained to me the situation and kept me updated until it was received. Highly recommend these guys.
