I would like to warn other buyers about my experience with this shop.

I ordered one chair first to check the quality because I was planning to buy six chairs in total. Unfortunately, the chair arrived with clear defects. The fabric on the backrest was poorly finished, not properly stretched and had visible folds. In another area, the seam was badly sewn and the fabric was already slightly damaged.

The box also did not look like original new packaging. It looked more like a returned item rather than a brand-new product. I specifically ordered new goods, so this was very disappointing.

Communication with the shop was also very difficult. Even after sending photos of the defects, I was not offered a proper return solution. Instead, they only offered to send spare parts, and they refused to cover the return shipping costs.

After this experience, I no longer trust this shop and will not order from them again. If you expect new products and good customer service, you may want to think twice before buying here.

It's been 10 months now that I bought two chairs here. We still love them and use them every day. Thanks.

The company has german website barhockerwelt.de to sell the products, giving the impression that the shop is located in Germany but it is not. It is located in Uk. In case of return, the customer has to pay the full logistic abroad to UK. After you returned the products at nearly 70 euro cost. Sorry one chair is missing. Ok, at least refund for the product received. Promised but never arrived. It is one of the worst shopping experience ever. Fraud, fraud!

Everything went super well, the chairs are pretty and stable, the delivery was fast.

Very Good choice of Product but the importing of the Bar Hockers from the UK is a Nightmare

Service, delivery and merchandise was satisfactory, as one would expect.

However, the barstools; while functional and attractive, the fit, finish and attention to detail could be improved. Specifically, the wooden joints of the bar stool legs have gaps, some larger than others on almost all the joints. While not affecting function, closer inspection depicts the flaws.

I have written to them multiple times without getting ANY response. They have sent me 3 chairs with dents in all of them (the legs). I got a response late july saying they would get back to me. This has not happened. I would NOT advise ANYONE to buy anything from them unless you like to flush money down the drain. If that is your thing, this company will make you happy. STAY AWAY!!

Very comfortable bar stool. Good quality!

The product is nice and robust. We are happy with it. My two critics are:
- You are advised that once you mount the product, it is not possible to return it. So, I could only see it online and hope that it would be as nice as in the pictures once it is mounted.
- the material for the seat place is quite sensitive. During the montage it already got a scratch. I should have taken the textil or leather option.

Before ordering I looked t all reviews, not good... reviewers mentioned the low quality in customer service... I was concerned as I am ordering from Germany product ships from UK. I did not want hassles, I went for it becuse chairs looked amazing!

I received chairs, they are of high qulity, sturdy one can truely feel and see quality. The color is deceiving, I bought a cream colored ascot fabric chairs cnd came more brown... pictures do not do justice to color. Beautiful! I kept them still and it Looks amazing!

One chair was not usable! I can say customer service was amazing as they replaced it right away and effortlessly (we provided pictures and details of damage of course).

Our experience with service and product is of high class!
