Do NOT use Sagales unless you have a backup plan or alternative way of transportation. Last June my wife and I booked a round trip from the airport to Malgrat de Mar. On arrival the bus was 30 minutes late but being in vacation mood we did not let it disturb our vibe. However on the return the bus NEVER showed up. We waited over an hour and we were early to the busstop. Also we approached the two busses we did see to make sure they were not Sagalis which they were not. Eventually had to take a taxi to rush to the airport. Filed a complaint with Sagalis but they just lied the bus had been there which is impossible because we could not have unseen it if it had passed by. Worst is when you buy the tickets online they ask you to give ur phone number. This is a false sense of security. They will never call you and they will not answer the phone if you call them when something goes wrong. They just take your money, dismiss your claim and continue their malicious operation. Pity it left me with a not so positive feeling of visiting Spain.
