I ordered Organic Papaya Seed Oil. The ordering process was straightforward, and I received a confirmation email right away. Delivery was very fast (exactly 1 week), the item was well-packaged, and arrived in perfect condition. The product I ordered is of good quality. The high shipping costs are certainly a downside, but they’re to be expected when ordering from another continent. I’ll definitely order from them again!

Exceptional support service
Exceptional support service. I bought cocoa beans which had good quality. Unfortunately I found small living insects at the bottom of the package. Customs duty were bothersome, but I heard from Baobabmart that from April 2026 on they have a center in EU which cuts or eliminates customs duty.

Im disappointed
I live in Italy.
I paid €57.72 for the product, €46.06 for shipping, (it was a surprise for me but) I paid €47.58 for customs clearance, a total of €146.38.
And surprise arrived the goods weighed it, it was supposed to be 2 kg but it was 1975gr, 25gr are missing.
When you spend more on shipping than the product, but they sell you a product not as in the description is annoying and unreliable.
I know that weights can have some diversity in weighing, but 25gr is too much for a business like Baobabmart, I trust that my weight is accurate, since it has never failed me.
I'm disappointed.

We would like to clarify that the €47.58 customs clearance fee is not a charge from Baobabmart, nor is it collected by us. These are official fees imposed by the customs officers in Italy. While we ship to Italy frequently without our customers facing these charges, customs authorities occasionally choose to apply duties at their own discretion upon arrival. Because these are government-mandated fees, we have no way to predict or control them beforehand.
Regarding the 25g weight difference, we sincerely apologize for the discrepancy. We aim for 100% accuracy in our descriptions and will share this feedback with our fulfillment team to ensure our scales and packaging are perfectly calibrated.

Product great, but horrible taxes
The product was already great. And the time since I demanded it was fast. Just the worst thing was that apart from paying for the product and shipment taxes, they made me pay another 28 euros for the customs at the airport.
I spent 90 euros in a product of 30 euros.

We want to assure you that this fee didn't come from us; it was an import tax charged by the Spanish government. It is entirely out of our control and varies from package to package. We have shipped to Spain many times without our customers being charged, but it appears that customs charged this specific shipment.
