When I searched for reliable quality and design in business cards then entered the website, it was very easy to find the type of products sold as well as the type of business cards. Then came the offer for free business cards. But looking further I noticed the good prices in the business cards and decided to purchase more. Delivery was in the informed time frame and the cards are of great quality

Just took delivery of a new set of business cards and do these standout as quality - you bet. Best I've ever had and delivery was just 3 days from summitting the artwork.

Absolutely brilliant!
Submitted the order but realised I’d made a mistake. Contacted them over a bank holiday weekend they put the order on hold until I was able to resend info. From original order online to delivery at my house… 4days. Cannot fault!

First time user. The website was very easy to negotiate, allowing me to design the perfect flyer/notecard. The order was received very promptly, despite my having to change a detail after placing the order. I made this change via email and the reply was very swift and helpful The delivery service was very quick, notifying me when the order would be delivered and the quality of the finished product was excellent! Would definitely use again.

After using this company previously I decided to trust my gut and use them again.
I am so glad I did, I even used a photo of me to go on my business cards,once set up and ordered I was expecting emails wanting original pictures etc within a few days they turned up.
I'm like an author getting his first book published and getting the copy thru my door.
Well how impressed I was they look and feel awesome and professional, I can't wait to start handing them out.

⭐️ Very disappointing experience – would not recommend

We ordered a large banner from Banana Print for a very important event, so before placing the order we specifically contacted them to ask whether they would check the quality of the images and print, given the size of the banner. We were reassured that they would, in accordance with their terms and conditions.

Unfortunately, when the banner arrived, the main logo and wording were completely pixelated, and one of the two photographs was extremely blurred. The quality was simply not acceptable, especially considering that we had specifically asked about this beforehand.

We contacted Banana Print to ask why this had happened and to raise our concerns, but received no response. We then sent a second email, and again, nothing.

Mistakes can happen, but what is particularly disappointing is the complete lack of customer service and communication when we tried to resolve the issue.

For an important event, we needed to be able to rely on the supplier. Unfortunately, based on our experience, we would not recommend Banana Print.

Highly recommend this company as you get a quick turnaround and great quality great product and service definitely will use again can’t fault them

Great delivery and design very affordable especially for small businesses

Very easy to work with with extremely competitive pricing!

Bananaprint have always been brilliant up until now, good quality printing and prompt delivery. Uploaded a number of items to be printed on Tuesday and it's now Friday afternoon and still no delivery. Just got onto them via their Live Chat, and whilst it's good they are currently trying to solve the issue, their customer service rep was not exactly what I would call 'good'. Too many 'sorry about that' and 'not really our fault' type excuses, she just wouldn't take responsibility.

Then after ignoring me for ages, she said:
"we have done everything we can with the courier, we are currently dealing with other customers enquires at the same time so there may be small delays in our responses."

Wow, helpful huh? Should point out their rep did tell me that the awful DPD couriers had ACTUALLY told them the driver had falsified his records and was being told to turn around and deliver the printed items now.

But it's the sadly pathetic arms-length 'disinterested' approach of Bananaprint's customer service rep that's also dreadful. Looks like we'll be moving to another printers after years of using them. Delivery 5 days after printing (ie Monday) seems to be acceptable now. Very sad. Hope the bosses read this and see how they can easily lose customers.

I was looking around for somewhere to buy loyalty cards for my baking business and found Banana Print. I received my cards today and the card used was good quality, the colours nice and bold and the wording, clear as day. Would recommend 👌

Absolutely love the stickers I ordered! Easy to use website, excellent quality products and really fast turnaround all at a competitive price. I also ordered the sample pack which is great. I can now make more of an informed decision on the paper type etc for business cards. The sticker size template was also very useful. Highly recommend!
