Straightforward business and fast…
Straightforward business and fast delivery. I bought 2 different wireless bras and they are very comfortable. That said, it looked different in the pictures. In the pictures, you cannot see the removable padding, but in real life, when wearing it, the outline of the padding can be seen.

Unfriendly returns, ignore emails
I ordered a polo shirt to be shipped overseas. The shirt came in a cardboard box without much packaging and so was received pretty creased and not great condition. I tried the shirt on and didn't like it anyway and so sent it back in the same box. The international return costs are very prohibitive and so by the time I paid for return shipping it would hardly be worth it but I decided to return it anyway. I sent the parcel in the middle of March and heard nothing. Then finally had the parcel returned to me in June! The carrier said Bamigo had refused the return. I emailed Bamigo to request why and my email was completely ignored. Overall I am about £100 out of pocket. Very unhappy and would not recommend.

I ordered products on a couple of…
I ordered products on a couple of occasions. Quality is acceptable ... not the best!
But, I have returned a pair of pants back in April, received an email on 21 April that the refund will be made within few working days, and we are now 9 June and still no refund in site, despite the fact that I sent emails with no reply!
Another thing, I try to log-in to my account. I am overseas but every time I get the message that my account is disabled! why?

Bedankt voor je bericht. Ik neem even contact met je op over de kwaliteit van de producten. Dan kunnen we goed inzien wat daar precies fout gaat. Wat betreft de status van je retourzending. Ik zie dat deze nog niet verwerkt is dus dat zal ik meteen doen. Het bedrag zou dan binnen 1 á 2 werkdagen terug op je rekening moeten staan. Onze excuses voor het ongemak.
Mocht je nog meer vragen hebben dan hoor ik het uiteraard graag.
