Purchased a €2,500 toilet. I forgot to ordem a small adapter and they changed me €50 to ship it. Other than that, toilet arrived packed well and their customer support is responsive. I’m just disappointed about the shipping fee. We have more items to order and I may not order with them again as a result.

BadMax24 is a company I can recommend. The shipment arrived complete. One thing BadMax24 should improve is communication with the customer during the shipping stage. In my case, the order included five items. Four items were shipped to me first, and I was not informed that the delivery would be split into two separate shipments. After receiving the courier package and checking the contents, this worried me a lot, especially because the missing item was of very high value. It caused me a great deal of stress until I received an email confirming that a second shipment with the missing item would be sent. These days, when part of a shipment can get lost or be affected by intentional wrongdoing, I was afraid I might be treated as if I had received the full order even though I had not. Situations like this should not happen if customer care is a priority.

We live in Denmark, and we bought a Toto toilet at Badmax over their website. The service was very good and the delivery was surprisingly fast. I can only recommend this company.

On October 20, 2025, I ordered and paid for a TOTO WX2 with delivery to Portugal. And today, October 28, 2025, the shipment was delivered directly to my home. Badmax24 did everything accurately and quickly, as promised. I recommend them.

Good communication and a great overall experience. I did an order to Sweden and it was delivered in a few days. Toto is not sold by any suppliers in Sweden, so I had to look down the continent and found this company, I’m glad I did.

Decided to install a TOTO smart toilet, so I did a bit of research online. I identified the model I wanted and searched for the best deal. Living in Dublin Ireland, the nearest shop was in Belfast which gave me a quote in Sterling. ChatGPT pointed me in the direction of BadMax24 in Germany for the best value. I reached out to them and asked to speak to an English speaking member of staff. Spoke to a very helpful member of staff who answered all my questions and gave me some good advice. All subsequent call were managed very professionally. Delivery was a little long but that is a minor point. Based upon my experience I would recommend BadMax24 for the cheapest prices and a professional service.
