Based on our experience, CEO Backlink Management io has repeatedly handled payments unfairly. He has refused to pay workers their legitimately earned money, including three months of payments owed to us, despite taking and benefiting from our completed work.
We have also witnessed concerns from clients who say that payments were deducted when they entered their card details while checking a plan, and that their refund requests were subsequently ignored.
These are serious concerns involving both clients and workers. If anyone questions these claims, I am willing to provide the relevant chats, communications, and other evidence I have.
I request everyone to think carefully before working with him and consider boycotting his services

My experience with Brandon J. King and Backlink Management has been extremely disappointing.

In my experience, Brandon J. King has demonstrated a lack of professionalism and poor communication throughout our dealings. Payments for completed work were not handled as expected, and getting a clear response regarding outstanding payments was extremely difficult.

The customer service has also been very poor. Messages and concerns were not addressed properly, leaving me frustrated and without a satisfactory resolution.

I was also disappointed with the quality of the backlink services provided. Based on my experience, the results did not meet the expectations that were set, and I would strongly recommend that potential customers carefully evaluate the service before making any payment.

I have chat records and other communications documenting my experience, and I am prepared to provide them if necessary.

Based on my experience, I would not recommend Backlink Management or Brandon J. King to others without conducting thorough due diligence first. Potential customers should carefully consider the experiences of previous clients and workers before choosing this company.

In my opinion, people should think carefully before doing business with this company.

Terrible experience with this platform. They lure you in with a deceptive $1 trial fee, hiding a recurring $99 charge in small text for creating backlinks. After paying the $1, they suddenly require you to connect a WordPress, Shopify, or Wix site to publish daily articles. On the first day, they publish articles with keywords and no links. On the second day, they aggressively attempt to charge your card $99 after simply creating basic profile links on public forums.

When their card charges fail, they lock you out of your dashboard and account settings, restricting your access solely to a page meant for purchasing more links. Furthermore, it is completely impossible to delete your account, personal data, or saved payment methods, and customer support is non-existent. Do not fall for this trap; it doesn't even deserve a single star!

Additional Evidence & Context:
To show how poor the service is, they tried to build SEO and backlinks for my site (arabc.chat), and published terrible automated articles on these blogs: blog.arabc.chatand arabic-chat-free.myshopify.com. I had to manually edit the first article myself just to fix their mess and add proper backlinks. Despite trying to reach out to get support or delete my account, nobody responds.

First, I did a 3-day trial which actually lasted for one day, than I decided to still test this platform. After paying them $99 for a whole month, I canceled the renewal because I wanted to use it for one month, and at that moment there was a note like on every platform that I still get to use the platform for that month because obviously I paid for that one month whether I cancel or not. But, service was canceled and all the tools there locked, so I contanted support 2 times in a week but all I got is AI chat. AVOID THESE SCAAAAAMMMEEERS

Very disappointing experience with this company. The backlink services were extremely poor, with spammy and low-quality backlinks.
What was even more concerning was the CEO’s behavior and treatment of clients. In my experience, there was far too much focus on taking money from customers and not enough concern for providing the quality of service that was promised. The way customer concerns were handled was also highly unprofessional and disrespectful.
Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for reliable and professional SEO or backlink services.

I signed up for the $99/month "done-for-you" backlink service for my e-commerce store. After three months and 33 delivered links, I ran a full audit. Every single link was a free user-generated profile page or public paste on high-DR platforms — pearltrees.com, unsplash.com (twice), houzz.com, sites.google.com, speakerdeck.com, pastelink.net, solo.to, 4shared.com, ted.com, evernote, blogger, penzu, and similar. Not one editorial link. Not one industry-relevant placement. Not one manufacturer dealer listing.

The dashboard shows DR 74–99 for these links, which is misleading — those numbers belong to the root domains (google.com is DR 99), not to the actual profile pages linking to my site. Any experienced SEO knows Google discounts these UGC profile links to near-zero. Their sales page promises "real backlinks from real websites, not link farms, PBNs, or spammy directories" and "aligned with Google's guidelines." What was delivered contradicts that.

When I tried to cancel, the dashboard warned that canceling would "delete all backlinks" — despite their public sales page stating three separate times that "backlinks we've already built stay live — you keep everything." This is a dark pattern designed to prevent cancellation. They also cannot actually delete the links because the profile accounts live on third-party sites they don't control.

I'd caution any small business owner considering this service. If you want real backlinks in a niche, one vetted guest post or manufacturer dealer link is worth more than 100 of these.

1. I cancelled subscription. Froze by debit card for a week. Then they proceeded to take payment so I have now entered a dispute with our card provider.
2.They continue to "send" backlinks, I have requested them to stop.
3. Their response.........I must be mistaken and confused them with another company.....they have never dealt with us!

I subscribed to the service for 6 months. I don't think we received any benefit, none of the backlinks had relevance to our business. We decided to build a new web site. Our SEO advised to ditch all the blogs and backlinks created.
We sent a cancellation email 3 times, no acknowledgement of instructions. We froze the credit card for a week, and they tried to take payment multiple times. Payment taken within an hour of unfreezing, now disputing transaction with our credit card provider.

I signed up for a trial. The very next day I cancelled the trial service. Even though, I was still charged the full amount in my credit card (99 USD). Intially I thought it was a bug on their system, so I sent them multiple emails so they could refund me. And they never replied to my emails or provided ANY support. Now I will have to file a dispute on my credit card to have my money back. BE CAREFUL WITH THIS COMPANY. Apparently this is NOT a legit business.
