The motor that we bought with the bundle can only work at its maximum setting. This means the motor stops at any other setting preventing us from using the motor functions at its fullest. I have requested for a replacement but customer service has not responded after two follow up emails in two weeks.
Edit: After calling the hotline they offered to send a replacement which we are now waiting for we hope it will work finally.

Very good product, we passed it on to other friends and everyone is happy with it 😊

Fine product, the craddle is nice and snug. But the motor was just not powerfull enough for our kid. The tripod is with click function. which makes it a bit wobbly.

We are very pleased with the product itself. We bought it when our daughter was only 2 weeks old and it was a lifesaver. She loves to take her naps in it and can often lie and snuggle for a long time before she falls asleep peacefully and nicely without crying. The swing is without a doubt our best purchase when it comes to baby equipment.

Before we placed our order, we read the comments here on Trustpilot and it made us doubt whether we would dare to place our order. And just as others have written, our package was also damaged when it arrived. I took a picture and sent it to customer service just in case and was told that they couldn't help the way the post office handled their shipments. Although I do think it could have been packaged in another way to eliminate the risks. Our product was whole and well functioning though, so it hadn't been damaged in the shipment. And just like others have written, we had difficulties assemblering the product. However, it was not difficult to find the manual as we received a direct link in an email (it is also on the website in case the email gets lost). But the manual itself was difficult to interpret. Something that could easily have been remedied if there where pictures with each of the step-by-step descriptions.

If it weren't for these things, we would have given 5 stars as we are VERY happy about the product itself.

Slyngevugge is not safe. The metallic pins don’t snap out of the pipe. I have sent pictures but was forced to sent it in after having to ask for return label. So was told I am lying until checked from them. But you can’t really send it back when you have a newborn, that likes it.

Summary: Don’t buy the cheap copy cat. Buy the quality product.

Bad customer service. No product manual, and when asked for them they just told me to find it on the website. I couldn’t find it on the website.

Very bad customer service. No documentation with the product to build it up. Terrible return and réclamation conditions.

The positive part: very fast delivery, nice design for the product.
