I’ve used Bateriasonline.com several times and I am always satisfied with their service, advice, options, price and quick deliveries. They are my “go to” supplier and I would and do recommend others to use their services.

They have an absolutely mediocre service. I waited two weeks for a package that was shipped the same day it was ordered (according to them) and was marked as urgent. It was shipped from Spain to a marina in Spain! Two weeks and they haven't delivered it! The delivery company they chose has an outdated tracking service and provides no information about the package's location, they don't give an estimated delivery date, and WORSE, they never answered the phone in the two weeks I tried calling EVERY DAY! It's a complete SCAM! INNPO itself didn't give any more details about the package and only said they would complain to the carrier. The fact is, I waited two weeks on a boat, in a marina, incurring astronomical costs waiting for this package, and INNPO's support was nonexistent and incompetent. Furthermore, they don't speak any language other than Spanish. Now I have 2 weeks of exorbitant marina expenses and no products. I absolutely do not recommend INNPO and their delivery options.

Delivery on time and very well packaged. Don’t think instruction leaflet is correct. It doesn’t mention the charger model number and says it’s for a lead acid battery when it’s clearly a lithium battery charger

Disappointing experience – missing delivery and no response

We ordered 3 AGM batteries for our boat. After placing the order, we were informed of a delay, but later the payment was charged on 28/4 with confirmation that the goods were on their way.

As of 6/5/2026, we still have not received anything. We have also not received any replies to our emails.

It is disappointing both in terms of the missing delivery and the complete lack of communication. We still hope the company delivers the goods and responds to our inquiries.

Experiencia decepcionante – falta de entrega y sin respuesta

Pedimos 3 baterías AGM para nuestro barco. Después de realizar el pedido, nos informaron de un retraso, pero posteriormente se nos cobró el 28/4 con la confirmación de que el envío estaba en camino.

A día 6/5/2026, todavía no hemos recibido nada. Tampoco hemos recibido ninguna respuesta a nuestros correos electrónicos.

Es decepcionante tanto la falta de entrega como la ausencia total de comunicación. Aún esperamos que la empresa entregue el pedido y responda a nuestras consultas.

DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!
On november 2025 bought a 45AH battery (Order QIAPJFKYS Warranty #241442) for a Toyota Aygo. The brand of the battery is INNPO itself.
On february 2026, within the warranty period, I sent the battery back with 0,0V. Before I sent the battery back to INNPO I did every electrical tests on the vehicle, and either on the battery, so I have positive sure the battery has a defect. Well, their "Laboratory" say it hasn't and now they stopped answering and want 55 eur to send the faulty battery back to me. I proposed, in my good faith to buy another battery from them, with another brand (VARTA) and pay for the difference. Absolute no answer from them. I also asked for a refund, but absolute no answer from them.
PLEASE KEEP IN MIND YOU WILL LOOSE YOUR MONEY OR GET A FAULTY PRODUCT.

I selected 24 hours delivery for my battery to arrive. After it was not delivered within 24 hours, I tried contacting the company by phone to find out where my battery was. After more than 10 attempts calling the company no one answered the phone. Extremely disappointed. I would not recommend using this company and to stay away from them.

I chose 24-hour delivery. It’s been 24 hours and my battery hasn’t even shipped! This company ruined my weekend — I’m stuck without a car because of them. Never again. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone!

I bought a campervan hotel battery from bateriasonline.com while traveling in Spain, and it was a great experience overall. The website was super easy to use, and even though my non-Spanish card didn’t work, I could pay with PayPal (there was a €10 surcharge, but it was worth it).

They sent the battery out quickly, and it arrived in 4-5 working days. To be fair, it was right around Christmas, so a bit of a delay was expected. The battery arrived in perfect condition and solved my problem right away.

All in all, I’d definitely recommend bateriasonline.com. The process was smooth, and they’ve got good products and solid service!
