Rebecca is literally amazing :) I was so happy to see a woman coming to check my car. She identified the issue so quickly, even though it was barely visible to the naked eye. She explained everything, answered all my questions, and even my extra basic "woman car questions." :) I really appreciate it!

Super god service

Mads did a great job on what needed to get done and was knowledgable in general about how to get the best out of my fairly new car (eg underfloor treatment, sound dampening, etc.). Can highly recommend!

Amazing service, very friendly. The mechanic arrived on time and changed the wheels super fast and left it all clean and in order.
Second time I am using their services and I will continue doing so.

I am extremely disappointed with the service provided regarding my tyre change.

I own an XPENG and purchased both winter and summer tyres through them, with Box Now as their partner. For weeks now, I have been trying to get my tyres changed, and the experience has been completely unacceptable.

First, I was told they could not locate my tyres. Then, I received no response because the responsible employee had left the company with no auto-reply, no forwarding, and no follow-up. This is highly unprofessional.

Appointments take 10–14 days to schedule, only to be cancelled on the same day. This has now happened multiple times. Most recently, my appointment was cancelled again on the morning of the scheduled day.

This is not a minor inconvenience — I rely on having the correct tyres for safety. I drive frequently to Germany in winter conditions and had already booked my winter tyre change last year in late summer. The tyres were only changed in January, which is far too late.

As of today, I still do not have a confirmed solution. I have called and emailed, but received no response.

I will now be cancelling my service with them and escalating this further. This level of service is simply not acceptable.

I expected far better from XPENG and their partners.

The company claimed they came to our address, but we were there the entire time and no one showed up. Despite this, they still charged us 1243 kr for a service that was never provided.
We contacted customer service, but they were not helpful at all. We ended up wasting both our time and money.
I would not recommend anyone to use their services.

They are very quick to pick up your car and find a garage to fix it and then they forget about it. For my car timing belt was faulty and it took them over 2 weeks to fix it. I called foe enquiry often and get a promise to get a call back but never received one. They maybe good for small work like changing oil and filters but if your car need a repair or fail finding then avoid them all together.

Highly professional and responsible. Always ready to give a good advice. And this is in addition to the great convenience of having this wonderful service at home. Thank you very much.

This is a super idea. The only way to do this. Think, I had to take 2 cars, drop off the one, and then get driven back, then, had to pick up my car after servicing. Here, no wasted time. No majir inconvenience. If it's ordinary service, not requiring a major fix, they come, service, to competitive prices. Perfect. I use a particular guy. I trust him; he's good. I wouldn't dream of the inconvenience of taking my cars to workshop service now. Omnicar is good. I'm a critical and demanding customer. I would and do share when it's crap. I recommend this vendor. It's value for money.

Excellent service by Dennis 😀. Fast and reliable and definitely not the last time we will be using them. Drove to us and fixed our car in the parking lot.

I like these guys. They are flexible,and I like the concept. They come to me. They have transparency and it's cost efficient.

Quick easy. Turned up on time and had everything ready to go. The second time we have used them and wont be the last it is the next generation of mechanic.
