Very disappointing experience.

I placed my order on 3 June because the jersey was listed as in stock, and I even paid an additional €25 for express shipping, expecting delivery within the advertised 5–8 days. Instead, several weeks later, my order still has not been shipped.

What makes the experience even more frustrating is the lack of transparency. I received multiple emails promising that the order would be dispatched by specific dates, with the latest one guaranteeing shipment by 22 June. That date has long passed, and the order is still marked as "processing" with no shipment in sight.

This was not just an ordinary purchase. The jersey was a farewell gift for a child who has since moved abroad permanently. Because of these repeated delays, the child left without receiving the gift, completely defeating the purpose of the purchase.

Paying extra for express delivery and then waiting weeks without any concrete information is simply unacceptable. It feels as though custoy.mers are expected to accept repeated delays. Moreover they never got back to me with a response.

The customer service and overall shopping experience have been extremely disappointing. I would not recommend this company unless they significantly improve their order management, communication, and respect for the delivery times they advertise.

I bought a kids football goalkeeper kit for my 9 years old son (birthday gift)
It took ages to arrive and missed the birthday for a start.
Then the jersey was ridiculously small and clearly didn’t match the size chart. Ordered a small size, supposedly suited for age 8-10. My son has a very small frame and could barely put it on.
I asked for an exchange and was told they could not return or exchange as it was printed uniquely for each customer.
I find this totally unacceptable considering the price I paid.
The quality is also very low. Stitching is below par and material is rough.
I am fighting this but PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. Better buy a cheap Chinese copy

I ordered an item on June 14th and was advised on June 24 that it was no longer available. The email gave me the choice to cancel but despite numerous emails and chats I haven't received any confirmation of refund. The email stated I could cancel online but this is not available. I will never order online again on this website.

It is now over one month and I have only received two items from my order of 6 things. After calling I was told that items would ship soon but until now nothing. No information from the shop unless I contact them. Horrible customer service, I will definitely not return to buy anything from this shop.

Number on the back of the jersey started peeling off after washing it once in cold temperature inside out (according to washing instructions). Unbelievable poor quality on the print, customer service does not reply on emails to advise what to do with the shirt.

Ordered a jersey more than 10 days ago. Never received. Got sporadic emails saying the shipment was delayed but absolutely no information about when it might appear
It’s also not possible to contact anyone who can help

Absolutely unacceptable for a €150 kids' jersey set.

I paid €150 for a top and bottom set for my son. The price was already hard to justify, but I decided to buy it anyway because I wanted to make him happy. After waiting 10 days, only the top arrived, while the bottom is still delayed with no satisfactory explanation.

What made this even worse was the packaging. The jersey top arrived in a cheap plastic bag, which is completely unacceptable for a product at this price point. There was nothing premium about the experience despite the premium price tag.

For €150, I expected quality service, reliable shipping, and professional packaging. Instead, I received a partial order, poor presentation, and a disappointing customer experience from start to finish.

This was my first order and it will definitely be my last. I would not recommend to anyone.

The shirt quality is so silky and soft . No weird smell at all thankfully . Will buy again!!! Allez les bleus. ALLEZ KYKS DE BONDY!!

Clothing wasn't North American 2XL. More like a North American L or XL

Delivered with no issues, quality was great and items arrived very quickly so I got them before the World Cup
