Do better with your service call reps
You asked me multiple times to explain my issue. You sent me numerous emails telling me my appointment date and time. Then I the appointment date I called after the time range past and was directed to the service provider after your service rep incorrectly told me someone tried to call me. The service provide couldn't give me a new estimated time. So I sat home for 4 hours waiting for no reason. When Cody finally arrived he was exceptionally knowledgeable and helpful. Do better with your customer service.

Stay AWAY
I have had the same issue going on 30 days now. A outside leak. They closed out the ticket twice and it is still unresolved. Do NOT purchase any policies from American Water Resources. Nothing but double-talk and zero results.

AWR is there for you 24/7!
American Water Resources was very responsive to my needs! I had a tub that would not drain. And this was on a weekend! In less than 15 minutes I received an email from the plumbing company, letting me know they would be there Monday morning. AWR was not only quick, responsive, and listened to my concerns, they followed up after the job was completed!! So very happy I signed up for the interior plumbing coverage AWR offered!!
