I pre-ordered my Gilet bandana Carla…
I pre-ordered my Gilet bandana Carla cachemire et laine - Bleu marine on the 14th September. I was notified it had been delivered on 21st October. It had not, I contacted the courier who told me the delivery label had been created but they had not received the item from Ava B. I contacted Ava B immediately and they said they would come back to me. It is now the 26th October, I have chased via e-mail and WhatsApp but have had no comms. I’m feeling quite concerned I’ve been scammed.

It's been 21 days since my fleece was…
It's been 21 days since my fleece was ordered on the 5th. It was despatched on the 6th and subsequently got lost. The customer service is the worst I have ever dealt with and they have confirmed that the parcel has been lost and claim another has been resent but ive received zero tracking info about the alleged second parcel. It's now been 5 days since this was apparently posted. Emailing customer services is useless as they dont read the previous emails so dont know what they're talking about at all. I would highly caution anyone going to spend the money on this as it's really expensive and you might just never receive the item.
