Great, fast service

I am in Melbourne, Australia., we have a fleet of vans, Toyota and Renault. For my Renault vans, I get some parts locally, but if the dealer has to order it in, it takes weeks or even months. Those parts, I get from Aubiri I send a message during the day and Australia time in the evening, I get a response. Very helpful company, today I dealt with Jana, thank you so much. If all goes well, I get my parts mid next week, via DHL.
I will certainly use Aubiri again.

What a great experience dealing with a company with strong customer support ethics

What a great experience! I live in Australia and getting parts for an Iveco van is a little tedious, I found the website be chance and ordered the parts I needed. Absolutely flawless experience, Jana dealt with my order checking my VIN number to ensure correct fitment. I paid for the parts and received them around a week later via DHL Express expertly packaged. Fantastic to know that good service is still around, how a business should work. Great service and great prices

Great service and great prices , have ordered a few items, Did order an item which was wrong down to my self not using the Vin number. i chatted with a lovley person via email (Adriana Stefeankova)who sorted out the issue and found me the correct part which i have re-ordred and sent back the wrong one....Thank you

Brilliant Service

Have used this company a few times for parts for my Ducato and found their service excellent.
Enquiries were responded to very promptly.
Parts received as described and within a week of ordering.

Good friendly Service

I've used this supplier a few times for Iveco Daily parts. Web site is poor, so only four stars. But the couple of times I've had email contact the response has been fast, clear and in excellent English. One problem, due to incomplete translation on their web site leading me to order the wrong parts, was sorted out very quickly and fairly.
Recommended.
