Highly responsive supplier
Most important for me was that they are very responsive at all times even weekends. They took the time to assess compatibility with my car. Transaction was smooth. The only hiccup we had was logistics to my home country. But all sorted even if it took a few weeks. The RS3 style diffuser for my Audi Q3 45 TFSI Quattro Sportline is very professionally built. Will have to see durability with aging and weathering. But out of the box it looks amazing. Looking forward to installing it.

I have to give a slightly negative review. I dealt with customer service who said they couldn’t complete order via eBay, so I did it via their site. When paying, it said it couldn’t be shipped to my location, customer service told me to put a random address and then just tell them my address and then they’d ship. That was a lie, and they just ended changing their tone and being rude. I haven’t put a 1 star as they did end up refunding me when I asked, because I want to buy somewhere else!!
