Unprofessional and fraudulent
Unprofessional approach to the job they're doing and fraudulent behavior.
After the first two days of installation the installers left making an impression like they're done, but left us with a completely non-functional system (even CV backup did not work), and I had to figure out myself how to rewire and reconfigure it. Then after a couple of days the heat pump broke completely and I had to wait some weeks for a replacement unit. Still, after replacement, the system did not meet the advertised specs.
I found one of the causes for improper functioning of the system (reversed connection of the buffer tank), but they have been gaslighting me on emails, sending some AI-generated sloppy texts in response, until I finally reached Weheat, and even then it appeared to be super-hard to force them into acknowledging their mistake. And to make it worse, during all this time they have been threatening me with a fine for not paying the agreed price in time (which of course I'm withholding until the job is finished).
For every question that I raised I had to wait a lot for any answer at all, send reminders, fight through a flow of AI-nonsense responses and ultimately get some partial, barely-acceptable stuff as a result, at best, and that's for huge amount of money they're asking.
I regret my decision to order the installation at these guys. The manufacturer (Weheat) also does not try too hard to make the situation any better.
Now they have pushed my "debt" to collector company that threatens me with penalties, although the bill is actually paid in proper terms, according to what have been agreed. Unbelievable.
