Just like moving home, moving office is a head wreck. With employee commutes, proximity to transport lines, local gyms, surrounding coffee shops, etc - it is almost impossible to please everyone. After one quick and easy chat with Alex at Officio, he quickly understood all of our concerns and turned around a great shortlist of options in record time. Immediately grey clouds became clear skies. Carving out time for viewings while also being to take important calls on the go was made seamless as Alex organised a meeting room for us on our tour. A small gesture from Officio but yet another touchpoint from them to highlight how flexible they are and a further showcase of their understanding that free time is not available at the drop of a hat. After an initial office tour, a shortlist was made for a second and final visit with our CEO. Ahead of these final visits, Alex ensured that the office teams were briefed with our initial feedback and our queries were put to rest immediately so our final decision was clear and straightforward. Negotiating prices is not always smooth sailing. However, this is another string to Officio's bow. Alex fought tooth and nail for an appropriate price and with that, found us an amazing office at a cracking price. Couldn't recommend more if you're searching in London!

Officio found us a great office space to rent on a short term basis, it's just what we were hoping for and in a great location. I have no experience in this field at all and the team at Officio guided me through the whole process really well and I would like to thank them for their patience in doing so. They were also able to negotiate a very competitive rate for us.
