I was initially quite sceptical when I was looking for a reliable solar supplier and came across ASEI’s Trustpilot reviews. After having the system installed, I can honestly say the score is well deserved.

Jason was excellent throughout, and the installation was very efficient — two teams working together and everything completed by 1pm. Great workmanship, professional and tidy team.

Very happy with ASEI and would definitely recommend them.

It was just excellent, seamless, and very honest from the first day meeting David and walking through the house. There was no fancy brochure / sales talk, just straight forward genuine advice as to the best system / solution for our needs. Our roof was more awkward than normal for install but again no issues, and then install was excellent from start to finish on the day. There was approximately 10-12 week wait for install but I'm so happy this didn't deter me to another company. Excellent all round.

Initial contact with Jason who was very informative . Had panels and batteries supplied by ASEI 22nd July by Michael , Paddy , Johnny and Dillon. Very efficient, clean and tidy , spent time explaining how everything worked, very professional job, Aubrey was on phone to answer some questions I had after installation, always good to have an actual person to speak with. Definitely recommend ASEI .

Found the whole process of working with ASEI really easy. The work was done really very professionally and completed in a timely manner. I would recommend them to anyone who wanted to go on the solar panel journey.

Our solar installation was very smooth and communication was excellent throughout. Any queries were addressed promptly. I would have no reservations about recommending ASEI.

Found the whole experience from quote to install easy and fuss free, they answered all my questions before quoting and when they came to install were so pormt and incredibly be neat and tidy, gave me everything thing I need to know to run the system and showed me all the works they had completed. Also a call out to Maggie who dealt with me via email on payment and install dates etc, she ensured I had had everything needed for the getting the grant through as well.

Excellent service from start to finish. No pushy selling. Great explanation on different systems available. Great advice received from Jason throughout the process. Brilliant installation crew on the day, all arrived on time and very polite. A great reflection on ASEI as a company.

We have just had our solar panel system installed this week and extremely satisfied with the experience with ASEI.

From initial consultation with Jason all details were explained very well and price was very competitive compared with some of the other quotes we had received.

Installation crew were on site bright and early and the job was wxtremely clean and efficient. Initially expecting an October install but got a call for a cancellation and accommodated this week. We had agreed an 18 panel & 9kw battery and on the day added a couple of extra panels to maximise roof space.

Highly recommended company to deal with based on my dealings.

We’re absolutely delighted with our solar panel installation. A huge thank you to David and Aubrey for all their help throughout the process. We now have 14 panels, front and back, along with a 20kW battery, and couldn’t be happier with the setup.

The installation was quick, efficient and incredibly tidy. The lads were a pleasure to have around — a lovely bunch who clearly take pride in their work. They explained everything so clearly and made the whole process, including understanding how to use the system, seem so easy.

To the point, very efficient, and great value. All organised over WhatsApp. Then they handled all the seai end, one or two emails. Installed a couple weeks later. Would highly recommend their service.

We got our install in August 2026. Initially I was a bit worried about their "no frills" approach to presales, ie no site visit, communication over whatsapp etc. However, I needn't have worried. The install on the day was excellent. Very professional, tidy installers. They were considerably cheaper than other well known installation companies for the same spec. Other companies refused to install a change over switch, no problem with ASEI. Very happy overall

Highly recommend ASEI, from the consultation to the finish and handover the service they provide has been amazing, very professional, everything was organized and handled for us. We are delighted with the system installed and thank the team at ASEI.

and ASEI should be very proud to have these employees as ambassadors for their company.
They communicated with us in advance of their arrival and also while they were on site explaining and discussing with us what they could and could not do something and the reasons for a few small changes. This was all done in a courteous manner,
and nothing was too much trouble for them. Their work ethic is what impressed us most. We have never witnessed a team of workers working flat out for a day and a half without hardly taking a break, would not take even a cup of tea when offered.
On both days any dust or bits of cables etc were tidied up before they left, the place was left spotless both internally and externally. Thanks to the ASEI team for a job well done.

From the initial contact to the final fitting everything went smoothly and we are very happy with the installation and the solar system.

From Start to Finish ASEI were excellent to deal with. No nonsense, very factual, they delivered exactly what I wanted. I have a 22 panel solar system integrated with a 10kw Battery. If the power goes I can easily change over to the solar and battery to supply the house. I can also integrate a generator which works in sinc with the solar and battery to ensure i always have power. I am very happy with the installation. All my questions were fully explained by David and the Team. I highly recommend ASEI.

My overall experience with ASEI has been excellent.
Great company to deal with. From my initial consultation with Killian he gave me the options and sold me the system best suited to me. He didn't try to push the more expensive brands which was refreshing to see. When we finalised the quote it was very competitive compared to all the other quotes I had received. Maggie in the office was excellent setting up paperwork and scheduling our instal. When the install team arrived they all did excellent work very tidy install and left the site spotless afterwards. Excellent quality workmanship.
Set up was easy and even after the team left I had a couple of queries which Aubrey and Paul dealt with over the phone really promptly.
Overall I can't recommend this company highly enough. I am recommending to all my family and friends.

When deciding to install a solar system to my home I contacted a number of solar companies for information and guidance. ASEI stood out for me because of the initial contact with Aubrey, who took time to explain the different options which would suit my individual needs.
The pricing was competitive but more importantly, there was no hard sell, and communication was clear and available at all times.
The site visit and survey, was completed by David, and he provided very helpful observations to enable a better aesthetic and to ensure all questions and concerns were addressed before leaving my house.
Noel, Barry & Kieran were the install team, and were professional, tidy and more than willing to explain as they went along, and spend time after the install to go through the system.
The paperwork side of things (NC6 cert, grant application, BER) was efficiently looked after by Maggie, who, like everyone we dealt with in ASEI, couldn’t have made things any easier.
Like a lot of other folk looking to go down the solar PV route, I hadn’t much of a clue about what the whole process involved, but everyone I had dealt with in ASEI could not have been nicer, more helpful and straightforward. This is how you look after customers.
