Have my bag for over 5 years and it's still in great shape

I just realised I've had my Arthur and Aston bag for over 5 years and it is still in great shape. It's quality that we're not used to in the fast fashion market.

I'm not even thinking of replacing it because it's a timeless classic bag, so functional and I love it so much.

If more companies made their products to last, the world would be a better place so I thought I'd write a review to thank them. Thanks!

Perfect Gift, High Quality

I ordered the Juan bag for my partner. It came by post quite quickly despite the protests in France. I was surprised by the high quality, great color, style - it looks even better in life. My partner is very picky but he adored the bag and immediately used it for our weekend getaway. I highly recommend this model and this brand. Now I want to get a similar bag for myself as well !

Fantastic after sales service

Fantastic after sales service, very sustainable too. The lock of my briefcase had come loose after 15 years, so I could no longer use it. Sent an email, sent the briefcase to Grenoble and they just repaired it, free of charge.
