Placed order which I never received. Tried to login but kept stating that it could not recognise my email address. Sent numerous emails requesting refund but have received no response. Payment went to a Grant William. Do not use as must be a scam company!!!!!!
SCAM Site
This 'company' is a scam. I placed an order in July, and am yet to receive it even though delivery was promised in 7 days.
I received one email from their support team suggesting the delivery was on site, and have emailed them 4 times since with no response. There is no contact number and now their website is down so there is no way of contacting them.
DO NOT BUY from this site!
I have had a similar experience to the other reviewers. Ordered item end of July. Never dispatched. No response from customer service. Have contacted my bank for chargeback.
aquadelivery and ecodelivery are fraud sites!
DO NOT TRADE WITH THESE THIEVES. aquagallon.co.uk, aquadelivery.co.uk & ecoadelivery.co.uk all seem to be the same company, they all have the same front home page. I am going to be reporting them for fraud. I ordered an item from them approx. 10 days ago with a promised 2-day delivery date. Item has not arrived and all communications have been ignored.
An update for you. If you have problems getting a refund from these people, may I suggest you use what is commonly called ‘’Chargeback’’. You will have to look it up on the internet as it only applies if you paid using a card and every bank has a different system of doing it. ‘’A chargeback in the UK is a voluntary card-scheme protection (offered by Visa, Mastercard, and American Express) that allows you to ask your bank to reverse a payment and claw back your money from a retailer's bank if a purchase goes wrong’’ But you do need evidence, so communication by email is vital as a phone call can be denied by either party.
BUT BE WARNED IF YOU USE THE SYSTEM FRAUDULENTLY YOU COULD END UP IN JAIL.
