Received our greenhouses within a week? They arrived on a pallet and all boxes were secured properly without damage. 1 greenhouse up and working properly with the automatic top windows.

I did not receive all the hardware that was supposed to be sent. I had two friends come over to help assemble and could not.

5 stars for the support I received via sales and support person Donnea. She addressed and corrected all shipping issues. Donnea was professional and understood the issues. The main issue was the shipping packages were not robust.1 box was sent back to Alltents due to packing issues, the other box containing the tarp had broken up. Was repackaged by FEDEX. It arrived at my resident minus the 2 end tarps.The packages are not banded properly and do not survive FEDEX handling! Even when tripled wrap with cellulose tape via Alltents. I am satifised with the support I received.

It was great. I was having an issue with payment and they got me squared away. I'm using the tent as an add on for indoor airsoft course and the 700 pvc material is working out great.

I’m very pleased with this party tent. I bought the 10x20 with the frame base, and it was very easy to install. Everything fit perfectly, from the rods and screws to the tarp. I love it! I haven’t had a chance to see how it holds up in windy weather yet, but so far so good. My only wish is that it came in more colors.

Quick delivery and the quality was great; better than described.

However, directions could be a little more thorough and the equipment could be distinguished better so the user is more confident during the process.

Purchased tent so I wouldn’t have to rent a tent every time we had a party. Tent is easy to assemble, great quality material for a reasonable price.

Quailty tarp, solid frame, Delivery service

The Frame, Canopy & Customer Service was top quality. My issue was with the installation hardware. The wing nut bolt combo was extremely Cheap and I was not able to secure the frame together tight enough. The bolts has a square inner head and the poles were drilled out in a round circle so when you attempted to tighten the wing nut a few extra turns the bolt would not seed in the round hole and would contiune to turn. I had to buy different nuts washers and lock washer. Using this along with the bolt which came with the canopy I was able to securely tighten the frame together. Need be hardware components Thanks

Absolutely AWFUL Product and Even Worse Customer Service — DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

If I could give this company zero stars, I absolutely would.

The metal storage container arrived with multiple panels badly bent and damaged. Apparently, quality control and proper packaging are concepts this company hasn’t quite mastered. To make matters worse, the entire product was wrapped in an absurd amount of protective plastic that was ridiculously difficult to remove. Unpacking this thing was an infuriating experience all by itself.

And here’s where things get even more ridiculous: despite receiving a product that arrived damaged, the company refuses to issue a full refund because the container has already been assembled. Let that sink in. We paid for a new product, received a damaged one, and are now being told that assembling it somehow makes the problem our responsibility. Apparently, customers are expected to inspect every single panel, predict shipping damage, and somehow keep an assembled storage container in its original packaging just in case the product arrives defective.

Their response is essentially to hide behind their return policy instead of taking responsibility for delivering a damaged product. Offering to send replacement panels is hardly an acceptable solution when the original order should have arrived in perfect condition in the first place. Why should the customer have to deal with additional shipments, more unpacking, disassembly, and reassembly because the company failed to deliver an undamaged product?

And spare me the explanation that the protective plastic is designed to prevent scratches. It clearly did nothing to prevent the significant damage to the panels, and removing it was an absolute nightmare.

A company’s true colors show when something goes wrong. Instead of providing a reasonable resolution and standing behind its product, AllTents has chosen to make the customer jump through hoops while hiding behind its policies.

My recommendation: Save yourself the frustration, wasted time, and money. Buy from a company that actually cares about product quality, proper shipping, and customer satisfaction.

This has been an utterly disappointing experience from start to finish. I would not recommend AllTents to anyone, and based on how this situation has been handled, I certainly would not purchase from them again.
