I selected order one but when I hit pay it did three, I emailed them less then five minutes, got the standard we can’t cancel reply. I have filed a dispute with my credit card company. Also the ad stated ship from US warehouse but no ship from China it will be a month or better I’m sure.

On July 19th, I placed two orders for the Airway Clear products for all family members…beloved elderly who live alone and all family members with children. I quickly received an email ON THE SAME DAY, “Your order is in …Standard Shipping Takes 5-7 days”.
I NEVER RECEIVED EITHER OF MY ORDERS PLACED IN THE SAME TIME FRAME. On the 13th day of no products, I contacted the company to cancel both orders—all products. They communicated they could not cancel.
Now 16 days have passed, with no product, with their last communication that the product is being delayed — something to do with China.

I do not know if product is even real, but would not want my little nieces or nephews or my grandchildren, for whom I had bought the products, to lose their lives over a product sold by this company. If they are untruthful about the shipment—and the ability to cancel —perhaps they could be dishonest about their product.

Although I have no knowledge of this company’s devices, I was concerned reading about all the counterfeit life-saving devices on the market today. I looked up their website again and noticed the FOUNDER of AIRWAY CLEAR was simply shown as “Tim-Founder”. ( No last name!?? ). I was even more leery the Founder did not want to list his last name!! Who wouldn’t list their name if they have a great product???

I contacted my Visa card company to cancel both orders, because this company would not cancel my orders on products still missing after 16 days.

I rarely ever give a one star review unless it could help others. This company could be a great company with a great product but SADLY, my personal experience created TRUST ISSUES with this company —-and their products.

They won't let you cancel once you order. I decided to REFUSE
the PKG. They received it but when I emailed them to credit my account they said they never received it after I got a confirmation from the post office. After sending the confirmation to them they say that it was the wrong address . How can it be the wrong address if I never opened it.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. There's NO phone number to call ... everything is email. Nothing but a total nightmare. SCAM ...SCAM .

The device does not work. It has absolutely no suction at all which makes it useless. Tried to contact the company with no response. It is a scam. Save your time and money

I tried to cancel the order only two hours after I placed the order, but they indicated the shipping process begins immediately after an order is placed.

Then it was delivered to the wrong address.

Then I asked to return the order and indicated I hadn't opened or used anything. After watching videos, I realized this device wasn't something I had the strength to do on myself. They wouldn't authorize a return because of "sanitation" reasons. Bottom line, the 30-day Money Back Guarantee is a lie and worthless.

They took my money, but never sent the product, TOTAL RIPOFF!!!, thrives

No suction. Would most certainly not work in emergency.
Trying to return, let's see how the customer service goes.

Scam company. It took weeks for a delivery. I finally got a notice saying it delivered but I didn’t get the package. The company did respond by email and did an “investigation” showing pictures of the package and drop off location. The picture of the package had the correct address label but the mailbox and business photos of proof of delivery were at some other place. The address on that mailbox was clearly different. They acknowledged that their low bid delivery dropped it off at the wrong place but refused to refund or re-ship the product. Trash company from overseas that you can’t phone, even. Their emails are Ai generated, I believe.

Scam. AirwayClear is a real company and you can find them under AirwayClear.us but AirwaysClear is what this shop goes under in Shop app. I reached out to their team to further investigate because what people are saying here is true- the emails are dead ends/ out of service and there is no cancellation/ refund option. Buyer beware.

It is not fit for purpose and I wish I’d have seen these reviews before I bought. It is a fake product that could endanger life because it wouldn’t work where someone could have bought one that is FDA approved and would work. Silly me

An absolute waste of money. Cheap plastic with no suction power whatsoever. No way would this stop someone from choking. Do NOT but.

This company scams people. Their policy clearly states cancellation within the hour is accepted. I emailed within the hour and they didn't respond for 2 days. I believe these items are unsafe and not medically approved. They will not accept 30 day returns as I slightly opened the outer packing to see what was inside which apparently invalidates the hygiene rules. Total scammers

It's a scam website. They don't ship anything and the email link does not exist. Wondering if we have to cancel the credit card we used. Ugh!

Horrible customer service. I tried to cancel my order, couldn’t contact them. After it arrived, there were no return instructions. Tried to contact them unsuccessfully. Requested refund through PayPal and then I received an email from them. They said the only way I could get return information was to cancel my “chargeback” request and until I did that, they couldn’t help me. I canceled it, let them know, I was told I could then keep the product and they would refund my money. When I asked for an update on my refund, I was told “sorry, system error, you’re not getting a refund” and still no instructions on how to return for a refund. I would never use their product and I will continue to fight for my refund.

I clicked on the “most popular” option which was the buy 2 get 1 free and when they arrived, I only had 2 devices. When I contacted customer services, they said I didn’t qualify for the free device because my order was for 2 single devices. The option for buy two get one is no longer available, even though I took a screenshot of the offer I chose. They offered me a 35% discount for a 3rd device. I told them that I wanted to return the items and they said I could not because of “sanitation and safety policies, but this is not communicated on the website. It says you have a “30 day return window” DON’T buy from this company! I am unable to add screenshot photos but can provide them if you’d like an email.

No stars would be more accurate for this potential fraud. They use GOFO for delivery then 'Delivery failed' and no support; 'Company' email rep said contact local post office or carrier, and did nothing and no phone number.

I purchased this device about 6 months ago. I decided to review how to use it and I was unable to make it work. I believed this would work for many years. I've attempted to discuss with the company though have been unable to find a web page or any other way to contact them.

I PLACED AN ORDER BY MISTAKE & EMAILED THEM 10 MINUTES LATER TO CANCEL, BUT INSTEAD I GOT AN EMAIL STATING IT WAS TOO LATE, 10 MINUTES AFTER I PLACED THE ORDER, REALLY??? WILL CALL MY BANK TO STOP PAYMENT! TERRIBLE COMPANY TO DO BUSINESS WITH! BE AWARE!
