Kerri was my assessor and she was fantastic. I felt so at ease with Kerri due to her relaxed way. Kerri was very understanding and listened to me throughout. It was easy to be honest with her and I felt safe talking to her. Kerri explained everything to me just the way I needed so I could understand and answer the questions. She gave me time when I needed it. She has provided a very detailed report also.
I just want to say also that I was at rock bottom and could not wait the NHS times - I contacted ADHD certify on the Tuesday and was assessed on the Thursday. I was then prescribed medication 10 days later from Annisah. I had such a positive appointment with Annisah where she explained everything in full to me at a great speed for my brain which meant I was actually able to listen to her and understand. Annisah was very informative and asked me what I wanted as a plan rather than telling me. I have had a really positive experience and I would recommend contacting ADHD certify if you’re struggling.

Would recommend ADHD Certify.
I found the whole process straightforward and was immediately put at ease. Lisa was knowledgeable, friendly and easy to talk to. She was able to explain anything I wasn’t sure about and reassure me, and was very clear. The signposting was also really useful, regarding other things I might find useful such as particular podcasts or authors etc. Admin was really quick and overall it was a positive experience.

The whole process was so smooth.
The whole process was so smooth from start to finish. My son recently had his assessment. We completed questionnaires, when the day of his assessment came I was so nervous as it’s the unexpected. Hayley my son’s assessor was so friendly, asked if I had any questions? Told me what to expect in the assessment. Told me that if we needed to stop for breaks we can and that we would go with the flow of my son. I will definitely recommend ADHD certify.

i felt relieved
when i was talking about my struggles, holly really listened into what i was saying and if i was confused or stuck she would ask a question that would help me explain it more, she helped me understand that my brain may work differently but that doesn’t mean im a completely different person, talking to her helped me out a lot and i felt very relieved at the end

The assessment was really easy to set…
The assessment was really easy to set up and to participate in. The assessor clearly described the process of assessment and then went through each stage of the program. If I had realised how easy it was to access, I would have done this much earlier.
Once the assessment was completed, I received my diagnosis and full details within a few days. I’m extremely happy with the process with the way it was carried out and the full details of referral sign posting and support that is offered as follow-up.
