We have a lot of policies with A-one and whenever we need to make a claim Anna Grover is always very helpful and highly efficient in dealing with us and the insurer to get things settled with minimum inconvenience. As a professional property management company for over 20 years all our dealings with A one have been excellent and they have a fantastic team.

Heather Gabb has been extremely helpful with my ongoing claim. She's always available by email and more importantly on the phone and helped me escalate concerns which now are being addressed.

We regularly use A-One as part of a portfolio insurance package on behalf of our clients. We have a number of open claims at any one time and our main point of contact for claims handling is Janine Davis. She is consistently helpful, professional, and polite - providing and excellent service all round. On occasion there will be a significant amount of communication between us to activate and progress claims to their conclusion. Janine is particularly swift at responding to client and customer queries and does so in a calm and professional manner (even when the particular communication may be frustrating). We would highly recommend A-One.
