Beware of predatory subscription…
Beware of predatory subscription behavior from this company. They do not send any notifications of the reoccurring payment and have a policy of no refunds on reoccurring payments regardless of how quick you notice they charged you or if you are using the VPN anymore or not. Customer service is zero help and deactivated my account and didn't give a refund. Will never recommend AngelVPN to anyone.

Because your review mentions very specific events — a recurring payment, a refund request being refused, contact with our customer service team and your account being deactivated — we asked you through Trustpilot’s Request Information feature for enough information to locate your account and investigate properly.
Unfortunately, we did not receive a response.
We have also checked our support records and have been unable to find a case matching the circumstances described in your review.
We take genuine customer complaints seriously and would be more than happy to investigate this. Please contact AngelVPN support and provide the email address or order details associated with your subscription so we can locate the account and review exactly what happened.

AngelVPN is a great universal VPN solution with excellent support from the team behind it.
I have been using AngelVPN for more than a year on my iOS devices, my Windows PC and also an OpenVPN and IPSEC LAN to LAN connection directly from my router. AngelVPN performs very well and has proved to be both reliable and resilient. It offers a good choice of servers and is good value, but what really sets it apart if the support from the small team behind AngelVPN who in my experience follow up on queries effectively to produce workable outcomes. Great VPN product.
