The parcel was sent via our economy service that had a delivery time of up to 12 working days. If you would like to email us at hello@a7europe.com with your order number I will be more than happy to share this tracking with you via email and give more of an update on our parcel

Thanks so much for your email and sorry to hear this.
Looking into your order, the parcel was shipped on the 27th July with our economy service, which has a maximum delivery of 8 working days. The parcel attempted delivery on the 5th August, which would be the 7th working day, however the courier could not delivery. Once they attempted delivery on the 6th of August and this was unsuccessful, the parcel has been sent to a collection point for collection on your end.
We are a small team of 3 here, and always try our best to get parcels delivered as fast as possible. We always recommend getting in touch before ordering if you have time sensitive orders as we can recommend if the parcel will arrive on time. In your case, we would of recommended using a faster delivery service as your ordered was shipped on the Monday 27th, and you needed it for Sunday 2nd. As this is only 4 working days, we would of recommended using DHL Road (our alternative courier) for a faster delivery.
I will be in touch via email for the next steps on your options and if you are able to retrieve the socks from the collection point.

I ordered a pair of Rigor Mortis 3XL…
I ordered a pair of Rigor Mortis 3XL knee sleeves. I measured correctly. I could not get either over my calves. Some of the strings were loose when I took it out of the package. It took me 30+ minutes to get the sleeves off and my calves were purple. I returned them and exchanged for 4XL. The 4XL were used and clearly not new. I didn’t say anything to the company about it. A few days later, which is today. I received an email saying they were rejecting the sleeves I sent back and going to charge me double. They claimed there was damage inside but there was none on their picture. I gave this company a chance and I really regret it. I should have just stuck with SBD because they allow returns and don’t cause unnecessary drama. I guess A7 needs sales so they pull nonsense like this.

The gear is great
The gear is great, the lever belt is everything I hoped it would be. I was pleasantly surprised by the long singlet, the material makes it very flattering. I was scared it would feel like wearing a baby’s onesie, but on the contrary, it’s even a little bit slimming.
The 4/5 stars is because the delivery was long. Even without expedited shipping I feel like almost 2 weeks remains a long time to receive products that are sent and received in Europe.

Apologies the delivery took a little longer than usual. We are a small team of three here at A7, and we do not have collections on weekends from our courier. Because of this your parcel was shipped on Monday 11th May instead of the 9th which was the day you purchased.
From there the parcel was delivered on the 19th, which is 5 working days (as the public holiday of ascension day fell within these times). Apologies if this was a little longer than you expected due to the public holiday.
For future orders I would recommend upgrading to DHL Road for a few extra Euros, if you would prefer a faster shipping time. DHL Road is fantastic and delivery times are just 2-3 working days. They also tend to process parcels on public holidays which helps!

I bought expensive shipping and instead of 1-2 business days, we received the package in 5 business days. I don't want to complain, but it made our lives quite complicated. Otherwise, the product is ok, the son won the national competitions :-)

The parcel was shipped on the 26th March so 6 working days from this date (the estimated delivery time on the shipping you chose) would have been 7th April. This is longer than expected due to the Easter Break, as couriers do not deliver on Public Holidays.
However I would have expected a delivery by now, and we will raise a case for you on your behalf and follow up via email.
For future order, if there is a delay the best approach would be to email us via hello@a7europe.com. This way we can open an investigation for you and get the parcel moving.

The rigor mortis onee sleeves are…
The rigor mortis onee sleeves are great, and the delivery was great. Though, I would've liked to be informed beforehand that the knee sleeves would be very difficult to put on at the very first time; a warning that they might feel 'too small' when you put them on the very first time right after purchase, but also that it will become easier to put them on after they are worn a couple 9f times.

I’m very happy with my purchase! The quality is excellent — the materials are durable, приятные к телу, everything is well-made and looks stylish.
I especially want to mention the wrist wraps — they are really comfortable, provide great support for the wrists, and don’t get in the way during workouts. Training with them feels much more comfortable and confident.
The singlet also fits perfectly, doesn’t restrict movement, and is great for any type of exercise. I feel very comfortable wearing this gear during my workouts.
Overall, I’m extremely satisfied and will definitely order again! 👍
