I DEALT WITH A GENTLEMAN NAMED CARL FROM THE BEGINNING. HE WAS CORDIAL AND EASY TO WORK WITH. THE ORDER WAS A SMALL BATCH OF 40 AND THEY WERE DONE IN A LESS THAN TWO WEEKS AND THE DESIGN WAS VER CRISP. AN OVERALL GOOD EXPERIENCE. I WILL USE THEM AGAIN FOR FUTURE PROJECTS.

The process was seamless and very responsive. Little to no delay in messaging, and extremely fast sample production for customer review. Fantastic product overall, I placed an order for PVC patches. They were also able to work within my budget to optimize output. They even refunded import tax for shipping into the U.S.! Overall incredible experience, I’ll be back for sure!

Very reliable and very clear on communication, would highly recommend!

Where to begin… process for ordering was smooth. I was given mock ups of my patches before production, and had an issue with one of them. I expressed this to who I believe is named Wilma, and was told the issue would be rectified with the artwork prior to production. When I got a chance to really look at the quality of the patches, I noticed they did not fix the artwork, and produced the patches without correcting the artwork. I reached out and was told to send an email showing the issue. I did so, showing the vast majority of the patches had the issue. More than half of them. I was told that they would get back to me, which almost a month later, I have heard nothing. The patches came out good, with the exception of the correction that they didn’t make prior to producing them. Communication up until that point, after I paid, was great. Since? Crickets. I would not order from this company again, as I was ready to place another order before I noticed they didn’t correct the artwork issue as I was told they would.

Great experience worked with Max and I am happy to say that after a few early changes I received the Custom Patches today and they are Beautiful.
Well worth the cost and the company is easy to work with.
