The support team is a bit difficult at first
The support team is a bit difficult to deal with or get information from, especially concerning transactions in this case that I've had, but it turned out to be all right. I did get the information that I needed at the end. I believe that perhaps if there's a training going on at CS Money, in this case, I would like or prefer for the agents to be at least refreshed on the training or something. I know these questions may be common to them, they may get bored of them, but I understand that I've worked at retail service, I've worked at consulting, and also customer service through the phone and through chats. So, just as a pair of advice, maybe allow your agents some more free time to get a refresh on their initial path of work.

A lot of problems when you want to sell your skins and withdraw money. They give you estimated time and deadlines they need to do it, but prepare to wait at least 2-3 days more for every step to be completed
