Entered yesterday to win a Jimny. Didn't win. Devastated. So I can't give five stars. Couldn't even enter as a guest, had to be 'logged in', create a profile before I could even enter. What a faff.
Will not be using again. And yes, people do win first time in some cases, but not me!

I never thought the day would come but it did, CJ called just after 9pm to advise I’d won the defender 110 competition. What a phone call to take, even better the ticket I had for this comp was a FREE ticket from a promotion… yes FREE !!!!

Afterwards the team left me for 20hrs ish to have a think if wanted the car or cash alternative.

I spoke with 3 members off the team and all very professional.

Don’t believe me look at Facebook from 8th Aug and you can see the live draw..

Look to be a lot of fake reviews on here!!

I spent just over £8 on tickets and my number was picked out for a top class prize.

Communication between myself and the whole of CJs team was absolutely fantastic from start to finish, always answered all my questions no matter how stupid.

Totally transparent team and true gents. I would absolutely recommend click competitions to anyone.

The car I won was in top notch condition and a showroom example.

I had an issue with postal entries. The website says clearly that you can submit free postal entries. I followed the instructions on the website to the letter, which says you can sent entries on a 'postcard OR letter'. I spent absolute ages writing up individual entries and spent significant money on postage stamps. After hearing nothing at all from multiple entries, no confirmation, no entries to competitions I'd submitted etc, I emailed them to ask what was going on and was told they ONLY accept entries on a postcard, not in an envelope, despite their OWN website explicitly saying they accept 'postcards and letters'. In short I have had my time and money wasted with my entries (presumably) going straight in the bin because of incorrect information on their website, and I'm left feeling frustrated and fed up.
For paid entries this site is fine. But the free postal route seems to be a gimmick and has been a complete waste of time. I won't be using Click Competitions again.

I Know gambling is a mugs game and the only winners are the organisers and im not blind to this ...BUT ...I have to say I won A grand cash prize a Nintendo switch 2 and England shirts in the last 6 months dont know how much ive spent over time but I enjoy Click Comps...never won anything on BOTB Even though they are both WINVIA sites just waiting for the big one 😜

Very concerning – I would be extremely cautious

Apart from my own experience with the draw, which already seemed very strange and lacked transparency, I decided to read through other customer reviews. I was surprised to see a number of reviews raising serious concerns and making allegations about different aspects of the service, including charges and the way the competitions operate.

Combined with my own experience of repeatedly being unable to watch the draw at the advertised time because of errors, this makes me even more uncomfortable.

When people are spending real money buying tickets, even if they are only 30p each, I believe there should be complete transparency about exactly when the draw happens, how the winner is selected and clear evidence that the process is genuinely random and fair.

Without that transparency, how is a customer supposed to know what is really happening behind the scenes or whether the winner has been selected completely independently?

I am not claiming that the competitions are fraudulent or that any winner is connected to the company, because I have no evidence of that. However, the lack of transparency I personally experienced is enough for me to have serious doubts.

Personally, I would not put any more of my money into these competitions. I strongly recommend that anyone considering participating does their own research, reads both the positive and negative reviews, and makes their own decision.

For me, there are simply too many unanswered questions.

Great company, won a few lower prizes and won a car in Dec 25, easy straight forward process and a great company to deal with with fast payments

I received an email saying I had free credit in my account, logged in £1 in my wallet and turned that into £25 cash!

It really is real guys!

I honestly thought it was a scam but I I've been proved wrong. I never win anything and for less than a £5 stake I have ended up £9k richer.!!!!! Thank you so much

Won a prize, got it delivered, all within a couple of days. Clear information on what to do, no issues system worked well.

Been on the site for a while, put a little bit on here and there. I got an email to say id got 50p credit, so I put it in the 2p game and won £950!! I was gobsmacked.
Funds were in my account with a few hours. Will definitely play again xx
